Fast checkups and friendly staff. Matthew who was helping me out provided me with all the necessary information and transparent, fast service. They showed me what exactly was wrong with the car and gave plenty of advice on my options (absolutely no pressure)
While my car was in the garage Matt kept me updated on what is going on and when I will be able to pick up my car.

R. H.My husband and I took our car in for a tyre change and other little jobs. We were greeted by Gemma who was helpful, efficient, lovely to talk to and she did a great timely job with our car. Great customer service goes a long way and we felt really taken care of.
L. B.They booked me in quickly, were professional throughout and explained everything to me. They also noticed my tyre pressure light was on so sorted that for free and without me requesting it. They also told me to pop in anytime it needs air in future and they will do it for me free of charge.
S. B.Great! Been going here for 15 years and always a classy job. I've been for tyres, springs, brakes, wheel bearing, exhaust (I drive old cars!). ( Also been for tracking, which I'd recommend but only if you have the money spare). They've also done a classy job of checking any rattles free of charge, even when all is safe and I just go home again after. Great manager... Been there for years and you get the feeling he runs an excellent outfit and takes pride in the whole joint. Same day exhaust fix today... All very clear explanation and very fast, honest and fair and friendly (I look and sound like I know nothing about cars, but I secretly do, and these guys will look after you honestly when it comes to parts and labour). Brilliant waiting room too... If you're likely to be spending an hour in a tyre place waiting room, this clean air con big chair comfort zone is a world away from the usual plastic box fume cupboard experience in other tyre outfits. They don't do MOTs, but I'd go there if they did for that too. Happy long term customer.

H.I had 4 tyers fitted on Monday 4th july and had my wheels realigned, I live local, didn't use the car until the 8th July, I found I had a slight pull to the left, these guys realigned my wheels took my car for a drive down the road to see if my alignment was right, it was still out only a bit but they went on and changed my front wheels left to right right to left, took it for another short drive to see if that sorted the trouble, it hadn't, they went ahead and had a look at my suspention, that was ok, so they changed my wheels again this time front wheels to back and back wheels to front, took my car down the road again and the problem was all sorted, all for FREE.
THESE GUYS ARE FANTASTIC SO MUCH EFFORT WENT INTO HELPING ME WITH MY CAR, THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SERVICE, IF I NEED TO I WILL USE YOU GUYS AGAIN. 🌝

At £6.50 per wheel for balancing it is well priced too.

I arrived and was greeted by a very polite gentleman who checked the tire over and replaced the valve at a very reasonable price. I was there no more than 15 minutes and I would highly recommend this place as this customer service was top notch. I will use these guys again in the future

K. W.I noticed a puncture in one of my tyres and these guys are only around the corner so we headed there.
We didn’t have an appointment but they were amazing and fitted us in. We only waited 20 mins.
I got both wheels in the front changed and the tracking was also put right.
The guys in there are so friendly and helpful. For someone who doesn’t understand car things they explained everything to me which was super helpful.
Pricing is very reasonable and would defiantly recommend. Great service and will be going back.

Ended up getting all four tyres changed there and then and the tracking fixed in under an hour. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent knowledge and a really friendly bunch. Also felt very safe with social distancing, staff wearing masks and people being asked to use hand sanitiser before using the card machine.
I would highly recommend these guys if you need new tyres.

G. E.I've been going to STS tyres for years now. I'm pretty thorough when it comes to comparing prices online and these guys are always the cheapest. They also claim that they'll price match or refund the difference if you find tyres cheaper within 7 days, although I've never needed to do that. I usually get seen by a member of staff called Leon, who's always really courteous, friendly and helpful. I'd recommend STS tyres to anyone.
