L. C.I just had a service and MOT here and it was honestly the most painless service I've had so far. Nobody called me several times trying to sell me some random additive, and the process was quick. The lady on the reception was also lovely. I'll be coming here from now on.

The technician showed me the tyre, the nail in it and explained the pros and cons of repairing or replacing and also fixed a little problem with a seatbelt at the same time. A. C.I've taken our VW Camper to Mapperly to have afew bits done over the past few weeks. First was a belt and water pump (which I know is a big job) and today its been in for a new oil sensor. I'm very particular on who works on my vehicles and I can honestly say that I will be using them in the future to come. Customer service was second to non. From the very first phone call, they were so helpful and couldn't do enough all the way through to when arriving and the work being carried out. I highly recommend anyone.

I Was in need of a MOT. I was able to book in for the following day Friday 1.4.2022. The MOT test was carried out by Steven. He was efficient and thorough and has good knowledge. I am very pleased with the service.

J. D.My wife picked up a screw in her tyre and it deflated overnight so she couldn't use the car to get to work. I pumped the tyre up temporarily and took it to ETS bang on opening time to see if they could do anything to help. Within half an hour I was on my way with a repaired tyre. This isn't the first time they've done this for me, that is why I choose ETS for all of my tyre needs.

N. S.I hit a pothole today on Woodborough Road which completely deflated the driver's front tyre. Managed through the snow and ice to get the car to the NHS car park where I work. Went over to ETS who then came over to jack the car in the cold and snowy conditions and removed the tyre from the car and then returned to fit a replacement. I then took the car over to them so they could perform the alignment and get everything sorted. They are such a professional and caring company who always go out of there way to help. Special thanks to Byron and Justice who provided such great service and help in what was a difficult and stressful situation.

A. A.Noticed a screw head on the edge of my tyre so took it these guys. They removed the tyre and pulled out the screw which turned out to be just into the tread. Didn't charge which I thought was very honest and reasonable, will definitely use them again.

M. J.Very knowledgeable helpful lady on reception when you call, as I enquired for prices for new tyres as local. So I took car in for a tyre check, as knew it needed 2 new tyres, ended up with 4, think it was because of wear of thread on the outer edge appeared brittle, remember to do the 'edge of a twenty pence piece' test on any you're unsure of. Paid £67.40 for each in house mid range Zeta tyre overall, [roll resis D, wet grip C, noise perf 70. Class type 2.]
This price included tracking (not mentioned on receipt), wheel balance, valve, tyre disposal and front wheel alignment. Good communication and professional, did call me to advise of prices before going ahead, as left car there.

P.Very efficient and polite not the cheapest but always do a good job and give good advice when deciding what's best for you. Used them for many years never had any reason to complain. Had 2 new run flat tyres and both axsels tracked very pleased with the service.

s. c.I think people generally can find the prospect of visiting a garage a little intimidating. This is why my go-to venue for tyre issues is Eden Tyres and Servicing. Fronted by Linda, I've always received a warm welcome. Recently I had occasion to visit where Bobby identified problems with several of my tyres. He had them changed and tracking checked in just over an hour and I was charged what I believe to be a very fair price.

L. F.I took my car here after recommendation from a friend. The service was excellent as well as friendly. I had new brake pads fitted and a full service. Later they adjusted my fan belt with no charge. I will definitely be using them again.

S. E.I can’t speak highly enough of ETS. They have always been able to book me in exactly when I’ve asked, they have always given me honest advice but never pushed me into getting something done that didn’t immediately need doing and I’ve never had a problem with the quality of work.
Even when I’ve expected a part to need replacing, they’ve checked it and deemed it fine which surely proves they are not just after your money. Where there’s been a very minor mistake in the past, they have rectified it immediately and professionally which is all that matters.
I always get a warm and friendly welcome from Linda and the other staff and based on my personal experiences over the last few years, they have consistently offered a superior (and far better value) overall service compared to SEAT and Audi main dealers.
Very surprised to see a couple of reviews that don’t at all tally up with any of my experiences so far or that of any family and friends. I would definitely take most of those with a pinch of salt.
