C. J. R.Rang Kwik Fit as two of my tyres needed replacing due to damage. I do not know much about cars, but Alex assisted me with choosing a premium tyre replacement at a reasonable price. He was able to fit me in within a few hours and completed the work efficiently.

The only drawback was when I got home and went to receive items from the boot, I found the spare, jack, etc had been thrown into the boot and not packed away correctly.

B. M.On the way home from a night shift, I had a tyre blowout. The staff at kwik fit checked out the tyre and explained what had happened. They also inspected the other tyres and advised changing of the two rears. Excellent and prompt service. Polite and friendly staff.

N. S.Booked in online for 2 tyres to be fitted at 2.30pm. On arrival branch manager Phil informed me that he was operating the entire branch solo and management had scheduled a 45 min zoom call for 2.30. Luckily I had time to spare so went for a walk. I returned and eventually left at 4.30pm with tyres fitted.
All credit to Phil who I saw dealing with deliveries, fitting, running reception and constantly keeping customers updated and informed about delays.
No credit to area management who cannot support their own staff by reallocating resources. Surely at least one other local operative could have been sent to help for the day?

J. J.Amazing staff, quick and easy. I came in with a slow puncture due to a screw in my tire, the staff there were quick to inspect my vehicle and made me aware of what had happened. I was worried I had needed a new tire so just a puncture repair was great news to me, instead of paying the price of the puncture the manager had told me I could just donate some money towards the children with cancer box which one is honestly heart warming and I think more places should do things like this!

J. S.Back again, this is the only kwik fit where I feel welcome and ensured they will do the job professionally and in a quick time frame. Came in under the impression I needed a new tire as a previous garage I went into for advice said I had needed to replace it. Didnt quite trust them as they didn't give me a good enough reason why it had needed to be replaced, nipped down to kwik fit and asked them if they could look over it. As usual they got it in as quick as possible and had ensured me it was just a simple fix and I did NOT need a new tire. Of course I was over the moon not having to spend hundreds on a new tire. Best for quick and friendly service.
G. M.Popped in yesterday afternoon to get a new tyre on my car. Chris and his colleague (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) were nothing but professional when another customer came in and pestered them non-stop whilst they were trying to do their jobs. The lady was constantly walking into the garage and wouldn’t leave the poor blokes alone. She was irritating me and I was just there watching! Because of this I think the service took a little longer than I’ve usually experienced at other KwikFits but I was happy to wait; I know what it’s like to have customers hovering over my shoulder as I work. New tyre on, no complaints from me.

I am a credit controller and honestly have no clue about how to fix a car so I called a good friend of mine who owns a small transport company as I knew he must have experience with repairing his vehicles. I took my car to Kwik-Fit because he told me that they are knowledgeable and take good care of their customers. The guys at the shop were pleasant and after a short conversation got down to locating the source of the problem. It turned out to be starter motor so they told me to come on the next day to pick it up as it was an easy fix. The price was really reasonable for such a quick repair.

Both were very helpful. At the tyre fitting one bolt was seized in and asked to supervise the removal. And I asked to view the inside of one of the old tyres when removed. All was done as requested. I was more than satisfied with my visit to both branches
