Great service and Customer experience! Used their mobile tyre fitting service which was prompt and efficient. I then popped into their Colwick branch to get the wheel alignment checked. It was within tolerance so they didn’t charge me and even made me a tea while I waited! Will definitely use them again.

Always great service. Kept well informed of any additional works that might be required rather than just going ahead and you having a shocker of a bill at the end. I've found that my my always drives unbelievably better after each service. I would highly recommend.

I have called in to enquire about a wheel alignment. A really nice gentleman booked me in. Perfect service from the moment I have gotten there. Another gentleman took his time to show and explain to me the before and after results of the wheel alignment. Overall a quick and top-notch service. I will definitely return in the future and will recommend this place to all my friends who drive!

Just first class service from beginning to end. Keen pricing for my 4 large tyres on my Tesla, and four-wheel alignment all done incredibly professionally, with a smile and a level of expertise and comfort around a large electric car that many tyre places were wary of. Noticed a damaged tyre at 1.30 pm Saturday. Tried a couple of other tyre companies, no chance before next week, wouldn’t even tell me if it was illegal. Went home, looked on the internet, found Lindley’s. Phoned Daleside and was from then on treated so well. By 3.30 pm, I had a new tyre fitted, had a coffee while waiting, treated with humour, respect and professionalism by two very personable men and paid a bill less than I expected. No wonder they have a Customer Care Award 2021. A great experience, I will return when I need tyre replacement in future.

I called Lindleys for a puncture repair at home. It was amazing as they arrived 45 mins later and repaired it. This was worth the extra money as it got me back to work with my driving school very quickly, with minimal loss. I will use them every time.

A fantastic service first from Justine at the basford depot she was very helpful and when they didn’t have the tyres I needed phone the Daleside Road depot were she then passed me onto once arriving at the Daleside Road depot the staff there Kerry & Joe were just as helpful they made us a fantastic cup of tea while we waited for our tyres to be fitted it was a fantastic service from all of Lindsey’s staff members and I would no problem using them again many thanks from a very satisfying customer

I was in great urgency to get my disabled step fathers car tyres done that next day as they were going to a wedding I explained to the person on the phone who infact arranged the day of work around us to ensure we got there however they arrived 1st thing and then disaster struck I couldn’t find the locking nut the workman tried to find it held out as long ad possible but had to leave. Yet he still spoke to me in a professional manner. He left I ran to put my boots on worried on what I was to do when something was inside my boot , yep it was the nut. I rang them to tell them I found it and even though I wasted there time they came back quickly. It was throwing it down and he still carried on changed the tyres. He spoke to me in a friendly manner and showed me his van. The price of the tyres were far cheaper than anywhere else. They were quick, they listened and i would recommend them to anyone. Great service!

My mum had a split puncture in the side of her tyre. We called Lindsey’s and were squeezed into their already full day. We needed the driver to call us with time to get back to our car as it happened away from home. He did so and we met him at the side of the road where the car was parked. Within 10 minutes we were on our way. Absolutely cannot fault a moment of our transaction with the caller handler or the fitter. Will definitely be giving them a shout out every time I get chance. the only company who were able to come out and fix my puncture..( I rang 4-5)..and respond in reasonable time frame...they were the only ones who actually did what there online site claimed they could do...which was come out and fix punctures ....when the tech arrived he was professional pleasant and did a good job...i tried kwik fit ..national tyres etc....none of them could help.
