I had broken down on the motorway and arrived at ATS where they replaced my tyre quickly and efficiently. Tony was exceptional at realistically updating me on the progress of having my tyre fixed. This was my first time at ATS and from this experience, I just know now that when my car breaks down I will bring it to ATS. They are trustworthy and reliable. Thanks Tony!

Fantastic support from Shane at ATS Oxford. Excellent customer service, very knowledgable, patient and professional. Walked me through all the steps after I broke down. Once I got the car to the shop, he replaced the tyre and sent me safely on my way. Would definitely use again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Quite saddened by a couple of the lower star reviews about this business. I am a regular customer & have nothing but praise for the new team that have taken over the garage. Compared to the rude, belligerent, lazy team that were there before, they have made a huge difference. One of the operatives was saying they’re so busy they’re barely getting home before 8pm at the moment, and yet they still manage to serve me & the other customers with a smile on their faces. Please believe me when I say they’ll look after you, and to take the two negative reviews with a pinch of salt.

Took my car in for MOT, Dan served me and dealt with the MOT. He was polite and courteous. Completed a thorough check over of my car, treating it was care (as its my pride and joy)... Sorted paperwork and wished me a merry Christmas as I left. Really great service, thank you ATS !

Clean and organised. Wheel alignment showing all geometry and then tyres needed at a price matching my supplier of 20years (within a tenner). No hanging about and nice to deal with. Spot on with advice about tracking too. See my failed tyre - inside edge shocker.

Had a miscommunication issue of work I believed was included in my free check, however when this was discovered the price was waived instantly. Robin the man dealing with my car was extremely polite and friendly and went the extra mile with all the procedure he carried out, particularly impressed with his work and a very fine experience at this branch on a Saturday morning, 5 stars from me.

Called ATS after being horrifically let down by Kwik Fit - my lease companies main supplier - and the guys there were spot on. Kwik Fit promised me last night they would send their mobile tyre team out between 8:30 and 1pm, then called at 10:30am to say they couldn’t attend and Saturday was the earliest they could. Like I could afford two days off work??? ATS had the tyre in stock (which Kwik Fit didn’t after saying they did before I booked a recovery vehicle to Headington and back home again leaving me extremely p***** off) and after the AA broke a sensor in the valve, they put their heads together to fix it and I left happy after 24 hours of thinking this wasn’t my day. To anybody reading this, avoid Kwik Fit who didn’t even bother to try and help. Still waiting for an apology. Go to ATS and get the service you pay for.

Had the a/c recharged and cleaned. Very impressed with the service even though it was with a groupon voucher. The guy (I think his name was Alan) who served me was very polite and friendly. I was a little bit skeptical using the voucher as thought they might charge extra for something else that they could find. No, they did check few things without me asking, oil, tyre etc but they said all OK so definitely very fair garage - which is reassuring! They do pretty much anything auto so will definitely be on top of my list if I need anything done on my car. Thank you!

Brilliant service from the team here. Punctured just before parking at Oxford Parkway for 2 days. By the time I was back at my car, the team had gone out of their way to get to my car, replace the tyre, advise on other replacement requirements, leave an invoice on the car seat and return my key for safe pick up, as well as giving full details of where they'd left my car in the car park as they'd had to move it to do the repair. All of this with no upfront payment! Cannot thank you enough and I've already been telling everyone to use you guys!

I had a 4 wheel alignment and 4 tyres fitted. It took a while for the tyres to fitted, but the alignment was quick, and has made all the difference to the handling of the car. The staff were very professional and apologised numerous times about the length of time it took to fit the tyres. Over all, I would recommend them.

Tyres ordered via Blackcircles, delivered 2 days later to ATS Oxford and fitted that morning. Great friendly, professional and efficient service. The waiting area is warm and comfortable, with wi-fi and a coffee machine. The fitting was quick, with a pre- and post-fitting check and unchanged tyres were checked and topped up as required. All in all, exactly what I'd hoped for. many thanks, and see you in a few months when my other car needs new boots!

Went in to have a space-saver tyre put onto a rim. Because it only took 2 seconds they didn't even charge me. Very pleasant staff. Will definitely come back when my tyres need changing.

.tea is provided at oxford branch which is very thoughtful of the manager....Alan fled and his staff have been 1st class service for the 20yrs i've been going their with my car,they do my service and mot and anything else,my car is a JAGUAR XJ8 3.2,,,they do a better job than the JAGUAR DEALER...in other words they don't rob you blind...i have one thing to say if ever Alan left and the service went down i would follow...thats how strongly i feel ....i would always give them 5STARS..IF THE WAS 10 I WOULD GIVE IT 10 OUT OF 10........
