These guys provide an amazing, value-for-money service and treat customers very well. Only recently when my car broke down on the M40, they provided a prompt independent assessment of the issue and since the vehicle didn't require any rework, comped the cost of all their labour. Would recommend.

This Garage really helped me out with my motorbike back in May was at a all day Training at Osney Meade ,Came out and had a flat battery. My colleague drove round to ask if they could help as she said there is a garage not far down the road. Not only did they yes two young lad walked down to my office to push the bike to the garage for me (Its quite heavy) they put in on their quick battery charger . 15 Minutes it was all sorted , I offered to pay something but the guy said I there was no need . Fantastic service and the 3 guys I met were top lads all very friendly and so helpful. I would have been waiting for ages for breakdown support so I am so very grateful and would definitely recommend this EXCELENT garage. Thanks guys!!

I've always been happy with the care and service and value I've received from the HiQ team (I've been using them for five years or so). My car recently went through its MOT and had a full service: I had been told by the garage who sold me the car that my cambelt had been changed, but I had no paperwork to prove this - however, HiQ confirmed it. They could simply have changed it, charged for it, and I'd have been none the wiser. Impressed!

I had a problem with my van. I called them, luckily they had a quiet spot and drove up the Botley Road to help me. Good guy diagnosed it at roadside and got it started! They fixed it that very afternoon within hours!!! Great garage and owner!!!!

Needed a punctured tyre replaced ,went to the website and booked an appointment for the next day,website and booking process was simple. I cannot begin to tell you how good Oxford Tyre Centre have just been. My son was stuck in a car park unable to relese the spare wheel on his car. O.T.C have stayed open an extra hour until he could get the wheel to them. They have repaired the problem with releasing the spare wheel and sorted him out with suitable replacement tyrres. Absolutely amazing service. Massive thanks to Zac and his colleagues. Thanks. Cheers Nick
