E. O.While on holiday our car tyre was punctured by 2 nails.
We had so much trouble getting the rental company to approve the replacement. The guys here were very patient with us over the course of 2+ hours as we asked again and again to check for the approval.
Cant imagine I would have rather gone anywhere else. Thank you!
J. T.Had two (!) punctures in one week, had to get two new tyres quickly. Managed to order one day at 5pm and have them fitted the next day at 3pm. The person who attended me was courteous and did the job in no time. Highly recommended!

After paying the alignment, with a set of tyres I have only done 15000 miles and they are in really bad condition ... the outside of each of them it's finished. P.S. I have tried to call the garage and after a min of speaking they just hung up on me...very professional

I had the tyres checked for pressure on my Fiat 500 as a message on the dashboard indicated there was a problem.The young boy who attended to me found a nail in the back near side rear and repaired this free of charge. He then reset the codes, he was thorough, polite as well as very helpful. He would be an asset to any employer. Thank you to all concerned, a highly recommended garage.

The advisories were explained to me. Polite and friendly staff. I have used previously for new tyres which also was a good service.Will definitely use again in the future.
B. M.This garage is hand-down amazing! Our Citroen people mover broke down 45 minutes into our summer holiday. We got a tow to this garage and they did a full safety check. Not only did they fit us in, but they had 3 guys working on the car to get done as soon as possible as we sat with our 4 kids waiting. The shop had cars and puzzles to play with and they told us there was a playground just down the road so the kids could run out some energy. Service was incredible and friendly, HIGHLY recommend!!!

z. z.I have been there on a Saturday, for a wheel alignment, and I have to say that I have been impressed with the politeness of the staff and their effectiveness. I can strongly recommend the place. Only downside the steering wheel is not dead on straight, but then again I am a bit ocd. Will definitely return and recommend.
A.First of all, i am surprised the place has such a low ratting. I guess people only rate this garage only if they had a bad experience. I have taken my fiat 500 for a wheel allignment, and i couldn't have asked for a better service (i am a bit OCD , steering wheel was set perfectly straight, and no pulling to left or right afterwards). They we're really helpful over the phone and when i got there i was pleasantly surprised to see that they were very efficient, start to finish it took 1 hour, time in which they worked on 2 other cars. They could have been quicker, but they seem to be understaffed. The mechanic working on my car had to return to the desk when ever a new customer would come in. But still really happy with the experience, definetly i will become a regular. Front wheel allignment 15£ with voucher from their website, what more can you ask for.
A. O.No appointment was needed to check my nearly flat tyre. They were professional and efficient. I had my car's tyre checked and changed in just a few minutes. After my experience today I would, definitely, use their services again.
S. B.So impressed with the service I received today! Booked my car in online for a new tyre for a very reasonable price, but the soonest available slot for fitting it was late the next day. Was worried that the old tyre wouldn’t last that long and my car would be stranded on my driveway so popped into National Tyres to see if they’d mind if I took my car in early and left it with them until the appointment. They kindly fitted a new tyre there and then in less than 20 mins! Couldn’t ask for better!
D. M.Rental car popped an alert on dashboard about tyre pressure requiring checks. The people here were very kind and checked my pressure for free, in the middle of a snowstorm.
E. R.Had the exhaust heatshield hanging off the car after a 2hr drive, and was in a panic as had to drive back the next day. Called them and they were very happy to take a look, and fixed it for free as it just needed bolting back on. Very friendly and kind service.
K. J. S.I asked them to fit new tyres to the rear of my van, when I returned (as arranged) half an hour later, a young fitter was just tightening the last wheel, dripping with sweat and out of breath. He said:
"I've swapped your wheels round so the new ones are on the front, it's safer that way"
For no extra money he had worked really hard to make me safer and finish on time.
Been back many times since with both car and van. Always excellent service and results.

M.Can be a decent spot for a pre-booked oil change if you have a voucher from the website, but expect to be called after you've left your vehicle to be told that something urgently needs replacing (in my case it was brake discs and a worn tyre - it had its MOT elsewhere the following week and passed with no advisories) which aside from being a little scaremongering, seems unnecessary that they are checking other parts of the car when it has only been booked in for an oil change. Can't comment on any other services as I have only used for an oil change, which was reasonably priced, and done relatively quickly despite a broken jack.
C. P. 2.24/8/19 - Good service Gents! Thank you Rob, Ash & Aiden for our visit and the fitting of 2 tyres today. Very convenient and swift service considering how busy you guy's were! Car's coming and going, the phone rang and was answered several times within a few minutes yet the 2 of you answering calls professionally and within just 3-4 ring's as well as working on the cars and seeing to the customers!

D.Although very busy, I pulled in unannounced needing 2 front tyres from severe inner wall wear on 6 month old tyres fitted by Honda on a previous suspension repair, obviously Honda did not check my tracking. Not only did NTA Abingdon road squeeze me in so I could have worry free motoring, they also advised me on how to make a claim from Honda, excellent work people!

I needed to pop in 2 times to the garage along today's morning (Saturday): 8.30am and 3.30pm. Both cases it was so busy I cannot understand why this place's management doesn't take any action to hire more staff. Jason was alone in the first time I popped in. The second time he had an assistant. Still, not enough. Jason's working pace was insane. It cannot be sustainable. Yet, he managed to go overcome this stressful situation as a professional: good job and good customer service.
