They somehow managed to remove my locking wheel nut that had been tightened so hard it had stripped the pattern/grooves in the nut, I have no doubt many other places would have given up or not even tried in the first place. Went in for some part worn front tyres, came out with a brand new pair of front tyres at a very good price. Clean workshop, tools looked after not just left out on the side. Balanced and fitted whilst I waited. I was a drive in enquiry after looking around locally for a decent tyre fitter. What a fantastic service.origanaly my plan was to pick up 4 new wheels for my van.while chosing the brand and colour rims I wanted.one of the tyre fitters noticed my wife's car tyre was out of shape.he quickly showed us.then we discovered that we needed 3 new tyres.even though they was about to close they changed all the tyres the fitter said safety first.so professional. Expensive shop. Example: 2x 265/35R18 part worn tyres manufactured in 2006 £175.00 Landsail new, same size £120.00 fitted and the same company sells them on ebay for much less. Conclusion, they make the price depending on the person that shows up. A good thing is that they are kind and they show you what they have for sale, hence the 3 stars.

Very impressed with the service from Ace tyres. I turned up today and they changed the tyre there and then at a good price and then put my spare wheel back under the car for me. Really great service. I was in and out in less than an hour with 4 new and fitted tyres. I called up on short notice and was told to pop down regardless of the time. When I arrived I was offered the option of part worn or new tyres for my car. I opted for the new tyres as they were great quality for a great price. I wasn’t the only customer in at the time and from what I could tell everyone including myself was being looked after. Coming to Ace Tyres saved me a lot of time and money. 10/10

I regularly get my tires here, I have done for a few years. I have have had new and used and I have never had a problem. I have had punctures repaired and they even told me when my tracking was out as I had uneven wear. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, there is plenty of seating inside. They seem to have plenty of staff and the manager is keen that jobs are done properly and quickly. I never wait longer than 20-30 mins maximum. I would recommend ACE to anyone looking for new and good quality used tires, the 17" 'part worns' I usually get are less than £40 each which would be far more expensive elsewhere. I highly recommend them if you in or around Peterborough. Great service.

I phoned Ace on the off chance they may have my brand and size part worn tyre that I was looking for at the time to match the opposite tyres tread depth nothing worse than having a new tyre opposite an older one with less tread. I have visited their branch numerous times and will always go back. Today however was probably the best service I have had in a long, long time. Went to get a tyre fitted after my partner got a puncture. Unfortunately when the tyre had come off you could see that the wheel was damaged and bent meaning the air couldn’t be sealed in. This didn’t stop them trying to help though, 3 members of the team were hearing the wheel and trying to make the wheel straight again, by the end of them helping, over an hour it was salvageable! Thank you for your kind support, it does not go unnoticed.

I had a single part worn fitted to replace a worn tyre to match the other side. I watched the technicians process and they dressed the wheel rim and eased the tyre on gently. Great friendly guys. Did a great deal for 4 tyres (fitted and balanced) and 2 spare front tyres for my 1998 Nissan Skyline R34 GTT in a size that was hard to find. I paid around a third of the price all the other mainstream garages were charging. Every other mainstream garage either didn't wanna touch the car because of the custom setup I have or they wanted to charge me crazy money. I know my car and its setup and these guys at Ace Tyres definitely know their stuff too They have a wide variety of tyres in stock for many vehicles both new and top quality used. Well worth giving them a call or visiting them if you're not sure what you need. Thanks again guys!

I’ve been using Ace Tyres for a few years now and they are the only place I’ll go to for my tyre needs. The best customer service in the Peterborough area with a great price, what more can you ask for! I’ve had both new and part worn tyres from them over the years, never have a bad experience. They stock premium brand part worn tyres which means you can get a bargain price for a ‘nearly new’ tyre, I’ve had Conti’s, Michelin’s and Pirelli’s in the past with unbelievable prices when you consider the tread depth. I’ve also had new tyres fitted which needed to be ordered due to specific vehicle needs, again at a great price and swift delivery wait times. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue with a tyre, they rectify the issue with no hesitation. I’ve recommended many friends and family to Ace Tyres and they’ve equally received a warm, welcoming and honest experience.

Tried everywhere to get the locking wheel nuts removed from my car even Vauxhall said they can’t help and refused to even look at it or everyone said they can’t do it or i got quotes of £230-£250. They took all 4 off for £80 and changed my punctured tyre. Very fast service, definetely will be using them again, highly recommend!!!!
