Been going here for a couple of years since the lads helped me out with an urgent tyre repair and then my daughter with an MOT when let down elsewhere. Use for servicing our family cars. In today with our 2 cars for MOT's. Great bunch of lads ( and Dave the manager) nothing too much trouble as I have found. Patience is required as they can be busy so be considerate, after all if they are busy then they are great at what they do, quality customer service all round from me.

Kind, proffesional Team. They are busy recently and I didn't get the appointment I needed on a day (can't hold this against) so had to go somewhere else but that only helped to appreciate their services. Every job so far completed in full, on time. Kept me informed and patiently explained when found additional problems during the repair. Five or six visits to the Whittlesey Road garage and always satisfied with the service I've received. Someone has finally done the tracking right, 3 months later and my car still drives nice and smooth.

Guys were really helpful, tried to sort us out as best they could, but we were in a real hurry and couldn't wait, our exhaust had broken just as we were on our way to trade my sons car in, we travelled from Scotland and hadn't time to wait, they tried their best to get us sorted, an impossible task for them really due to time restraint, but really impressed by their efforts

Very helpful staff. Turned up on the off chance I could see about my possible slow puncture. They checked it there and then. Chose to get a new full set of the same Bridgestones, they rang about and got all 4 ready for next day fitting. Same price as i paid 2/3 years ago.

Does what it says on the tin. Helpful staff. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Customer waiting is outside (due to covid) which is ok if not raining. Not so good if its tipping it down. They move the chairs when raining but only to just inside the work area.

Being in a position where I do not have much experience in vehicles/ tyres, had a few issues that came into light and that caused by myself and no fault of the company - I was dealing with 'Jason' manager at 'National Tyres' Bourges boulevard, he was extremly helpful, professional and patient at all times. Above and beyond! Not only did they accommodate an unplanned tyre replacement on a Saturday afternoon but while I was there they fitted in another check and re-seal. Thank you - we'll be back! :-)

Part of a national chain, this branch gave excellent service at a reasonable price. Tyre options (budget, mid-range, branded) were offered and the chosen tyre was fitted efficiently, with a torque wrench being used to finalise fitting of each nut to correct tension. Time was also spent resetting the car's pressure sensing system. A full service! Waiting time (in my instance) was minimal, which was ideal as the waiting area was utilitarian and lacked any refreshment facilities. It did thankfully sport a (single) customer toilet.
