Booked in online, go a slot for the next day, the guy was very friendly and double checked everything first, took 45 minutes to change my 2 front tyres. I had looked around for the best price and performance of tyre fist and this was the best for both! Would definitely recommend.

I rate them highly but responsibly priced. Parking is insane. I found them mechanics, meaning they tried to treat you well but can sometimes miss that professional mark. In other words I'm taking my vehicles back but they need a front man, not a motorhead to communicate with us mere mortals.

Great service. They changed the tyres on my MGF and suggested a few things that I could do t keep the car in good condition. Tracking was also done and gave me a good explanation of how much it was out and the effect it would have had. They suggested that I bring it back in a few weeks if I though a slight re-adjustment was needed. Very friendly staff and the work was carried out quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Since I found HiQ I've always used them. They're always really nice over the phone and in person. They are always honest and fast to book you in and do the job. They don't do spray painting or major body work, but for everything else I will always use them.

Well, I first went to Hi-q when at the young age of 18, and I'm 52 next month. You can do the math! Back in the day, dare I say, they they were on laira bridge. I have seen many people come and go, sadly one very special gentleman passed away. That's how it was, a great rapport with everyone, you weren't just a customer. Sounds personal perhaps, but I got to know everyone. Everyone knew you. Paul, Rob and Bob, are the core team in my long experience. I have never, (unless under warranty), entrusted my cars or that of my wifes to any other establishment. Don't be put off by the name, Pilgrim Tyres, it's not just tyres. It's everything you need mechanically, servicing, mot, brakes, engine, do I need to go on, I think I've done that enough already! Under new ownership it is, but, from my experience today, it's going in the right direction. Things can only get even better. Keep up the good work Paul and Dan. Pillars of the company, I feel I need to say that, because they truly are and have been, and I feel a thank you makes a difference. I was happy to submit this review as possibly the Plymouths' branch longest customer? I doubt it tho. Be safe everyone, especially in the current situation. Marcus.

Goodprice. Polite,efficient professional work even though I asked them to change wheels from back to front, I wasn't charged extra and they even straightend a kerb dink in one of the steel wheels. Could not recommended them enough. Had to change my appointment twice because mechanical issues with my vehicle and they behaved brilliantly. Specially Bob, well done guys. Excellent!

Bought tyres through Black Circles and chose Hi-Q to have them fitted. Thank god I did! The courier managed to lose 2 of the 4 tyres. Bob at Hi-Q drove to another local tyre fitters himself to get me the 2 tyres I was missing (At no extra cost to myself). Amazing service, I could not recommend the team more. Thanks

Ordered my four new Good Year Eagle F1 Assymetric tyres through Blackcircles - second set I've used on my '61 reg Audi TT TFSI quattro, best tyres I've tried - 26,000 miles, great grip in all conditions. HiQ was their recommended installer for Plymouth so went with it. They took great care and did not rush it through like they were in the pit lane of a race meet (which is more than I can say about some of the tyre fitters in Plymouth). Highly recommend - especially if you've got a car you care about!
