Really helpful. Went in with a noisy exhaust because RAC suggested I do. They offer a free exhaust check so I didn't have to pay a penny for it. It was too late in the day for them to be able to fit me a new one but they were able to give me a rough ball park figure for how much it will cost and when I can get it fitted. All in all very helpful.

Hit a pothole on way down to Plymouth and needed a replacement. Don't normally go for Kwik-Fit, but they had convenient availability and easy booking online for same-day fitting (and competitive prices for replacement tyres). Manager Craig was very helpful and went the extra mile in helping provide a reference for a council refund claim. Would recommend.

When I called to see if they had the tyre size I needed they were very helpful and even though time was getting tight before they closed they said that they would do their best to fit me in..really helpful as I was awaiting roadside recovery following burst tyre. I could not fault the service of the guys at Kwik Fit at the octagon in Plymouth. I only took my car in for a puncture but they noticed something seriously wrong with my car. I am very grateful that they took the time to check under the car before they even carried out my puncture repair or this would not have been found. I received continual updates by phone on progress of the car repair and they also helped me with my warranty. I will certainly be returning to this garage. Absolutely top drawer service, on holiday with the family and bugged by a persistent squeak from car breaks. Popped in on the off chance it could be sorted and was greeted by friendly staff was advised they were busy but would take a look. Was given a phone call to say what was wrong and couple of hours later all fixed up and ready to carry on holidaying. All here are a credit to the company, I would highly recommend!!

While the tyres I purchased were a reasonable price, (they were the original fitment to my car), the £49.99 for the alignment modification, I felt was excessive, (the check was free). Any saving on the tyres were used up on the alignment cost. The ability to book an appointment saved time & ensured good prompt service. Overall, I would check any hidden cost before using again.

Had an issue with tyre pressure and brought my car in to have it looked at. Also asked about an issue with my rear lights. Within 5 minutes they let me know what the issues were and within 20 I had my car fixed and was back on the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Seem to know their stuff. Needed a new back box for my caddy pretty urgently and they cracked on with it as soon as i turned up. Plus did a good temporary repair on my bumper free of charge, and i was given a discount for being a health worker which was absolutely fantastic and very much appreciated to say the least !!!. Awesome service! I came in with a horribly loud squealing front brake. Shane, Dan and Nathan were absolutely brilliant: really friendly, honest, professional and knew their stuff. Diagnosed the problem and fixed the squeal. No need for parts or anything. Nothing was too much trouble. Really can't thank them enough and would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have used another garage for 20 years. Went to get exhaust done but they did not have the parts and said it would be expensive so popped into Kwik fit. They got the part and fitted it. Meanwhile 2 days later my normal garage called back with a price 800 . Got it done for 320 . won't be using normal garage again. Thanks Kwik fit

The staff who dealt with me were polite and professional and offered a wide range of services and pricepoints..They gave me a great deal and i was able to drive away with my new tyre fitted within about twenty minutes, after drinking their coffee, reading the days papers and sitting in a warm reception while it poured with rain outside. Craig and his team at Stonehouse kwikfit are a real good bunch and a huge assist to kwikfit. I'm a carer and got a flat on a Saturday morning on way to a client. Craig and his team sorted it right away, luckily I had taken out tyre insurance when having this tyre replaced 9 months ago. They were able to repair my tyre which had a nail in it. They didn't have my type of tyre in stock so was very grateful it was redeemable. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had a tyre that had a split in it. A run flat on a BMW. ATS found it but didn't stock the tyre I needed so I call Kwik Fit and spoke to Steph, she checked and confirmed they had the tyre and informed me they were open until 6.00pm and she would put it back for me. She even gave me directions to find the workshop. The guys were ready when I got there. Everyone was more than helpful. Problem was I didn't have the wheel nut. Steph offered to drive me to the garage or my home. It all ended well with me arriving the next morning to the kwik Fit team ready and waiting to fit my tyre.. Steph went beyond being helpful. I would recommend them all.

My old mother came in today thinking she needed a new tyre. But no, it was a repairable puncture! They could of sold my mum a tyre without her knowing. Transparent and professional service. She says thank you very much Kyle!

My experience with kwik fit was a very good one. After being quoted very high by another tyre fitting company I thought I would give kwik fit a try. Not only were the staff extremely polite and accommodating, my tyres were alot cheaper even with the tyrecare warranty I put on them. Popped into kick fit the other day with a DLA car. Explained we had a tyre constantly going down and the guys there nothing was to much trouble to them and were straight onto it found a nail in the tyre, repaired it no time and sent us on our way.. Thank guys made to feel a valued customer.

Really not sure why the low marks, that’s the one where we got told that they were so busy we would have to wait 3-4 hours to just be seen, when there weren’t any cars waiting or any even on any of the car lifts. Manager was rude and short with every word he said, first he told me to get out,I had my service dog with me with a blue lead and blue collar with service dog written all over them, made me feel so bloody embarrassed to then be lied to about the time, I felt so small and embarrassed as I walked back to my car. So then we went to this place as a motormobilty car we can only go to Kwik Fit, being Epileptic the sign says it all!!!! God I tell you it was chalk and cheese the team as that’s how it came across was Second to none. Nothing was to much, really appreciate it when you get treated with a bit of respect and common decency, all these guys deserve a massive bonus and they should be given on top of their own they should get the cash from whatever the dodgy Kwik Fit guys up Near Deriford Hospital as well. All I can say is a massive thank you for all of those awesome guys at this Kwik Fit. If Kwik Fit would like to respond to my point, my I would like to know if this has been actually been seen by management at Kwik Fit.
