I can highly recommend the service’s of HiQ Tyres. Used them today for the first time, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely be my first choice in the future for any work required. Phil spent a fair bit of time making sure that I understood the aspects of the service he was carrying out, which in this case was all four wheels re-balanced and a free wheel alignment check. They even gave me a cup of tea! I felt right at home, and appreciated the time and effort in the work carried out. Was told to call in for a free safety check anytime. No hard sells, just great advice and service. See you again soon.

I'd just like to thank the local Team at HiQ in Preston, who stepped up to the plate, when our exhaust fell off on the M6, whilst travelling on holiday. They fitted us in at short notice during the heatwave, and looked after us and our dogs, so top marks for customer service, highly recommended...

Best tyre place I’ve been too in Preston! They value their customers even when you are a new customer and the level of service I received was amazing! The staff showed me what needed doing to my car and ran it through with me before doing any work. I felt involved in the whole process and was not ripped off at all. Staff were honest, thorough and willing to meet my needs. After some bad experiences at previous garages, the staff fixed the problems made by the other garages with no issue at all. I would highly recommend this garage and will 100% be returning.

I have used this garage on several occasions now for tyres, brakes and servicing. They are competitive on pricing, the owners and staff seem very knowlageable and are polite and friendly. Having had a very bad experience with the local Volvo dealer trying to get me to get work done that was not required, they are also very honest. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and there is a good coffee machine. (They also have 3 beautiful and extremely well behaved dogs not that it matters but l always trust a fellow dog lover). I would recommend this family owned local business to anyone.

Best of best place to get new tyres. Ordered 4 new winter tires, they called me multiple times to make sure I gonna get what I want. (I have a large van and most of the places can not do tracking) Went there, extremely friendly people including there 3 dogs and the parrot. ☺️ Job was done whiteout any issues and I was/I am happy the service with that they did! Absolutely fantastic service. Managed to actually pull their driver Dan in between jobs to come see me after a blowout on the m55. Fast, quick and efficient. Can’t recommend these guys enough. Didn’t have the tyre but managed to call quite and order it within 30 mins at the roadside as well! Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic prices but what sets them apart is the outstanding service they provide. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else at this point. Thanks for the help!

What can I say about HIQ Preston! Fantastic and a god send…that’s what…👏 Phil and his team are professional, no job to small or too big…they are friendly knowledgeable and will not carry out any work before discussing options with you. Phil always looks over the car even if you tell him about a fault or issue! His diagnosis 9/10 always reveals that it’s not what you thought and actually saves you moneyed prevents further faults from occurring! Phil and his team even the office staff are passionate about their job and more importantly honest!! Their customer service is also second to none..they want to get you back on the road quickly as possible! If leave the car for a service they always ensure that you are kept updated on work they’ve done and ensure the car is as you left it..no oily handprints or oily seats every effort is made to keep your car as you left it! If you a waiting for tyres the waiting area is comfortable and vending machines for hot drinks.. I will not take my car anywhere else and I’ve even had family take their cars to Phil and his team at HIQ…they too will keep coming back! Big thanks to Phil and his team keep up the great work 👏👏

Exceptional customer service, very friendly team. Ordered two new tyres with free local mobile fitting. There was an issue removing one of the wheels due nut overtightening by a previous mechanic (nothing to do with HiQ). Car needed to go to their garage to remove and they needed to make a new nut to replace it. They also arranged an MOT test at the same time for me at short notice. All in all, I unintentionally gave them a bit of a pain job but nothing was too much trouble and wasn't charged any extra. Will definitely be using again for tyres going forward. Thanks guys.

Had a temporary puncture repaired by the AA recently but brought my car in to get it fully repaired. I also had a slow leak around the inside bead where the trim meets the tyre. The lady who answered the phone was extremely polite and helpful and when i brought the car in I was in and out in no time. The guys explained the work they were undertaking to me and were very professional. Best of all, as a key worker they did it all without asking for anything in return. I'll definitely be returning in future! Thanks guys!

Had some brand new runflat tires fitted a few days ago by another company. Unfortunately picked up a puncture in them. Kwikfit, National Tires and ATS all either wouldn't or couldn't carry out a repair. Goodyear specify the type of tire is repairable. Thankfully the awesome team at HiQ Tyres in Preston were able to fit me in within a few hours and carry out a puncture repair. I'll definitely be coming back should I need to. Top gents, quick, efficient and friendly. Cannot reccomend these guys enough. Many thanks!

Big shout out for the guys at HiQ. My missus, who is a NHS community nurse, stopped by there today to sort out a tyre puncture she got whilst working. The guys there repaired the puncture in no time at all and without charge. Thankyou! It is very much appreciated 👍
