Matteus and his team provided without question an absolutely outstanding service this Tuesday morning, 31st May. They went out of their way to squeeze us in that morning despite the fact that they had a lot of other jobs scheduled. They got the job done efficiently to ensure our car was safe to drive and ready for our long journey back to London. We cannot thank them enough for all their kind help and I’d have no hesitation in recommending this Kwik Fit garage to my friends in Preston. Whilst on holiday I encountered a road that did not like my exhaust system. The noise hit me as hard as the car grounded. Sunday Morning and Google took me straight to Kwikfit here. After a full inspection and being shown the affected area the great guy gave me the diagnosis. I could have a full new catalytic converter for over £300 or take it to a garage that does welding repairs and probably pay £40 - £50. Having assured me it was safe and not an issue to drive, we returned home and the Kwikfit fitter was “wrong” it actually cost me £25 with my local guy. 😀. Your advice, service and reassurance was second to none as was your complete honesty. Many Many thanks.

I had damaged one of my tyres which had to be replaced as it was illegal, all the advice was to replace both tyres on the same axle, which I did. Everything was thoroughly listed on the quote and the bonus was 10% off from a promotion that Kwik Fit was running. Kwik Fit carried out the work to my satisfaction, but it did not end there, Tyreece who was the staff member changing my tyres went above and beyond. I asked him if it was possible that he could put the new tyres on the front and the current front tyres on the back, Tyreece did so with no fuss. I cannot fault Tyreece customer focus as it is first rate and he is a credit to Kwik Fit and the branch he works at. Credit were it is due and Tyreece certainly enhances Kwik Fit's reputation in my view. Well done Tyreece.

Had Two tyres fitted and wheel alignment carried out. Great care taken with the alloy wheels and nice to see a torque wrench being used for refitting rather than Air guns. Easy access for disabled, but only 3 customer parking bays due to the location. Manager was very helpful and polite and advised on my tyres after checking the tread depth, car is on Motability. Went in with tyre light on. They sorted it, air pressure low, or it could be that tyre is faulty so manual says. Just in case the manager said to come back in if the light comes on again and they will sort it with a new tyre. He didn't charge for the low air pressure sorting out. Took 15 minutes to deal with. Brilliant, above and beyond the call of duty. Tried really hard on a Sunday to get the parts but they werent available - not their fault. I was not staying locally so couldnt leave the car overnight and so the duty manager on Sunday 23rd May 2021 had the mechanics put a temporary lash on the exhaust to get me back to the South Coast and then to ice the cake he refused to take any payment. I was stunned at such great service and I would not hesitate to go back and or recommend to others.

Excellent service from Dean and Matt. Tried another Kwik Fit and was too busy to fit me in today. They recommended North Road Kwik Fit and they were extremely busy too but Matt said he would look at my flat tyre to see if it could be repaired and pop back later. It was unrepairable so he kindly offered to do it for me today. I would highly recommend these guys and would definitely go back to them. Nothing was too much trouble.

Went to Kwik Fit North Road today. Really nice group of lads. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Even though they were very busy Matt took the trouble to get to the route of my problem with my brakes. Gave me a really good quote for what needs doing. They didn’t charge for finding out the problem even though they had to take the front wheels off, explain the issue and put wheels back on. Will go there again and would highly recommend them based on my experience today.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Steven and his team who I believe went out of their way to make sure what had been a really bad day not even worse. We were driving home from Preston Hospital this afternoon after being their all day and got a puncture. I was losing air quite quickly and was in a rush to get to a garage whilst I could still drive. I’d lost all track of time due to our bad day at hospital and wasn’t aware it it was 15:50 when I arrived. Steven didn’t turn me away and did his best to repair the puncture. Two tyres fitted today, took about 40 minutes. I was concerned about damage to the alloy rims. Showed damage to a rim caused when a puncture was repaired - this was not done by Kwikfit. Ahmad assured me that care was taken to avoid damage and they did. Excellent, friendly service by Ahmad and Steven. Used KwikFit again this week. Two new tyres, rear brake discs and pads. The same excellent friendly service as last time, very good prices too.

I took a tyre with a screw in the tread into the Kwik Fit on North Road yesterday. The tyre was repaired promptly and efficiently by the team, and as an NHS worker was not charged! Amazing support from Kwik Fit. I was looked after by Ahmad and Steven, and was advised that my front tyres were close to the legal limit, and that when we replaced them to make sure the alignment was checked out. I will be having them done shortly (after the next pay day) and would not consider going to any other supplier. The site was completely Covid-19 compliant, and I observed the staff keeping strictly to distancing guidance - something that is very close to my heart. Well done to the whole team.

I needed a new exhaust for an old car, I had been quoted £346 by another company. I called Kwik fit and they quoted me £280 for a 2 catalytic.
