J. L.Great service! As someone who has zero knowledge on vehicles, John explained the basics of my tyre issue and had shown a lot of effort in helping me understand. He was so honest and helpful, it was a pleasure having a chit chat with him. The other member of staff (Paul) was also lovely speaking to and made the experience enjoyable with his humour.
Definitely a place to go to if getting your car sorted isn’t something you look forward to doing, as it didn’t seem so bored when meeting the staff :)

Other tyre shops were just trying to get as much money from me as possible but not Britten Tyres, they just wanted to help and charged a very fair price for the necessary work. They know what they are doing and provide great value and a friendly and efficient service, I would highly Britten Tyres and will be taking my new (but old) car to get all my tyres changed with them soon.

A. M.Took my Fiesta in one evening as I'd noticed a slow puncture on one of my tyres. Didn't catch the name of the chap who served me but he was very friendly and professional, and I was soon on the road again. Will definitely come back whenever I need a new tyre in future.
H. D.If you have a wheelbarrow that needs a new tyre Britten Tyres is the place to go. They stock wheelbarrow tyres (hard to find in Reading). They had the tyre that I needed in stock and they fitted the tyre and tube without any trouble. The price was very reasonable. John and Paul are very friendly and helpful. Now my wheelbarrow is as good as new.

I don't normally write reviews for something so basic as replacing a tyre but I'd just bought a car and wanted to ensure all the tyres were safe and roadworthy and if necessary replaced. I got there at the end of the day just as they were closing but John worked beyond the normal opening hours (even though he had a doctors appointment ! ), he checked out the car and only charged for what was needed and provided professional advise on the state of tyres, tread safety, checked the pressures etc... I had rung round some other tyre garages and they were going to charge all sorts of costs just for doing some basic checks.These guys are highly professional , honest with good old fashioned customer service.
