Booked my Range Rover Sport in for alignment due to a slight pull. Booking was simple and efficient over the phone, but unfortunately when I arrived at the appointed time it turned out their alignment machine was not functioning. As they hadn’t taken note of my number, they were unable to call and postpone the booking. However the staff were very friendly and apologetic and a new appointment was booked the following week. For some unknown reason, my car decided to have a bit of a malfunction after the alignment was done, and a number of warning lights and messages were being displayed. The Elite guys immediately spoke to the Land Rover specialist that was literally next door, who then took the car into their workshop to run diagnostics. It took about an hour to get to the root of the problem, but it was handled efficiently and most importantly it was immediate with no delays. Elite team were helpful and assisted completely. Can only recommend them for your tyre and wheel requirements. The guys at Rovertune also deserve recommendation. They carried out the diagnostics and reset the offending module at no charge, and were extremely helpful and efficient. No hesitation in recommending both companies. Great service and will definitely use both of them again.

Well, to be honest these guys were fab, the pre sale phone and email were excellent and informative to the point where we popped in the van and drive the over hour trip down to see them. When we arrived, crikey what a wheel selection but speaking to the guys here, discussing what we were looking for and asking stupid questions (sorry, but you were very patient) meant we ordered a set of 5 wheels with tyres. We went for the matt black wheels with BFG vo2 tyres and on the drive back they were better than the stock tyres it came with. Just want to say a huge thank you to Chris and the guys at Elite Wheels & Tyres. I ordered some wheels for my Mercedes Vito during the bank holiday weekend. I had a phone call first thing on the Tuesday morning from Chris stating they had a busier weekend than expected and the wheels that i wanted were no longer available. Immediately Chris gave me the option to upgrade my wheels free of charge to a better style and he would provide next day service on the delivery. Customer service has been excellent with everyone i have spoken to within the company. I just want to thank everyone as I understand that it is difficult during these times with couriers etc. but I would be happy to recommend the guys to anyone. They have really knocked it out of the park especially considering that the market for Mercedes Vito Swamper style alloy wheels and tyres is non existent. They provide a great choice of both wheel and tyre packages at a great price and i will be using them again in the future when it comes to upgrading my Ford Ranger wheels. The wheels make the vehicle and I have been smiling like a Cheshire cat all evening. Can't thank the guys enough. My Jaguar XF was bought as a demonstrator from my local dealer 2 years ago and I fancied getting the exact alloys that i wanted on it. So I went on a used alloy website and some amazing original jaguar alloys came up at Elite wheels. I spoke to Chris on the chat facility on the website . Initially I thought they were a bit far from Stockport . Then I saw their review rating of near enough 5 . I thought you only live once , so rang and Chris rang me back , he assured me that the alloys were excellent and that whatever they supplied would be right. So I said that I would need them fully built up with tyres and sensors and could he give me a cost. He came back with an very tempting price and I went for it. Alloys delivered 2 working days later . They are stunning and as described , the sensors worked as they should. Chris would answer my emails almost immediately with advice and a bit of banter. I would recommend them. 5 stars . Great wheel and tyre shop when i was looking for wheels (new or second hand) for winter tyres for my Jaguar E-Pace online i came across Elite Wheels. They have a large selection of wheels for Jaguar (I only focused on E-Pace selection though) at competitive prices. I was a bit hesitant at first since I live in Germany and everything had to be done online and be paid in advance before the wheels get shipped out and obviously before you see what exactly gets sent. I must say everything worked out just fine, good customer service from the guys at Elite Wheels and they were also very accommodating. I am very happy with their service and products. Black Rhino hard alloys Got a set of 17 inch Black Rhino alloys for a VW T5 Transporter. Going away from the low profile getting stuck wheels and after a chunky practical solution to wet muddy fields and a snowy commute in winter. Absolutely fantastic wheels, very speedy delivery and top notch communication. Kept in touch and promptly answered questions ensuring I had the right Wheels for what I want. Was going for mat black, but was shown a dark bronze Set that had not even crossed my mind. They suit the van too T and are a much better choice. Chris and the team were A1 - true professionals and personable too. My Porsche's diamond cut 21" wheels had some discolouration and I wanted a refurb. As many have said, don't normally write reviews but thought it about time I did. Been a customer of Elite Wheels and Tyres Ltd for around 30 years now, and I quite simply will not let anyone else touch my wheels. They are true professionals at what they do and never have had a wheel marked in the process of having tyres fitted (I know lots of people that have after visiting lesser companies !) They totally respect your car and when you are paying a lot of money for new tyres its nice to feel that care is being taken. But guess what here's the best bit they are very often the cheapest too! Simply the best place to have new wheels and/or tyres fitted. Two photos below Cosworth wheels colour coded and diamond cut in 1992 and AMG tyres installed both by Elite Wheels and Tyres Ltd nearly 30 years apart.

Saw some pre owned but much loved wheels advertised online. A few email exchanges with Andy regarding weather they would fit my car, arranged to drive up to view them. When we called Elite about a problem with the seal between tire and rim, it was such a relief to hear their calm and confident response about how they could repair this by reconditioning our wheels at a much better price than buying new. We took the car in and they took all four of our wheels off, replacing them with appropriate temporary replacements because they would need our wheels for a week. They also spotted real problems with a couple of our tires. We went back a week later and our wheels look as good as new. Better, in fact, as they are a nicer colour. This experience could not have been easier. Everyone at Elite is courteous, experienced and highly competent. They are a small local business with so much more going for them than the national chains who just can't be bothered about customer experience. At every step they made sure we were happy. They even came out to show me the wheels and tires and to make sure I was happy at the end of the job. Prices were fine, as well. The waiting area is clean, light and airy. Indeed, the whole place is amazingly clean for a tire shop. Overall, this is definitely the best specialist tire and wheel shop I have ever been to. Highly recommended.

Tyre reseal and new budget tyre Elite was recommended so I gave them a try. Service was very good and appeared to be honest,. I went in to reseal 2 tyres but they recommend a new tyre for one of them as it was old and only had 2 mm tread anyway. This was in line with the MOT advisory from a few days earlier. So they were not recommending unnecessary work.

These guys are wizards. I hit a large pothole, which took a large gouge out of my alloy wheel rim. Elite refurbished the wheel, I cannot see where the damage was and it is literally as good as new. First spoke the guys at Elite nearly a year ago and was given many options in what wheels and tyres I could get, then fast forward a year and after the uk roads destroying my 20inch alloys I spoken to Charlie about some wheels and tyres and I was 100% guaranteed they would go straight on my van with no problems so I made payment and they were sent out with new nuts and lockers that afternoon (order was placed at 2.30!). At just after 10 o'clock the next morning!! I always go to Elite for my tyres, their service is fantastic. I contacted them last minute as I had a slow puncture and they fitted me in the next day to suit me despite being very busy. I had asked for 2 new rear tyres as I thought mine were worn. After Elite had checked my tyres they informed me they had repaired the puncture but didn't need to fit new ones. I bought a 2011 Audi TT turbo diesel sport two years ago just before moving to Reading. A bloke at work recommended Storm Developments in Aldermaston for servicing. I use them for all my servicing, repairs and MOTs etc. I recently had all 4 tyres and wheel alignment done by a well known company and my car skipped out driving over matchsticks. I took it to Storm and the recommended Elite as they use them to for their high performance cars. The rears were down to 2mm and fronts down to 4mm in less than 5,000 miles. I complained (ongoing) but they refused to do anything for free. I took my car to Elite and straight away they pointed things out that were incorrect. I booked my car in and dropped it off Monday morning 1 June 2020. At 2pm I collected her after 4 new tyres and wheel alignment. Instead of driving home I decided to go for a drive. Due to lockdown restrictions I have only been driving 10 miles a day and none at the weekend. I drove out of their carpark and straight away I could feel the difference. My car was now going up and down over bumps as it should instead the back end skipping out. Turning in was spot on. I drove 200 miles to Bude in Cornwall last night just because. I have always enjoyed driving this car but last night was on another level. Handling was perfect. Better than any other car I’ve driven. I got back early hours and more or less went straight to work with a huge smile on my face. So much so that I felt it was right and proper to go back to Elite after work to say thank you. The team at Elite worked their magic again. I had recently visited due to damage from a pothole and although the guys are a pleasure to work with it isn't something you hope to do! However, a careless motorist who pulled out on me while I was passing him resulted in a trip along the central reservation and two lumps broken out of my rims. He drove off and my insurers said , It was a "no fault" accident so it would be a claim of £3k for new wheels and tyres from the insurers preferred supplier and having to hire a car. Elite had new material welded into the rim, the wheels refinished, new tyres, and tracking done for the same cost of my excess and they loaned me wheels in between, so no need to hire a car. Brilliant, absolutely recommend - can't say the same for LV my insurer!

4 wheel alignments. My car failed it’s MOT because the inner locking nuts were loose on the aftermarket POWERFLEX rear lower camber arms of my BMW. ELITE had previously performed the 4 wheel alignment on my car and these nuts would of been adjusted at the time to get the camber into spec. I went back to them to rectify the issue. They took a look and after charging me a second time for another alignment I was assured they had been tightened and all was ok. I took my car for the MOT Retest only for the car to fail again because they were still not correctly torqued. Chris at Elite dealt with my complaint in a very professional manner and it was resolved without issue. A sign of a good company is the way in which complaints are dealt with and resolved. Elite turned a negative issue into a positive one.

Great prices and customer service. I have used a Elite wheels and tyres a couple of times and this a professional place. It’s clean and tidy and has facilities on site should the kids needs to go while you wait, which isn’t long. They try and fit you in when you really need them and if it can be repaired they will do it, (if that’s what you want). The prices are competitive and I have found them to be cheaper if not the same as the big websites for tyres. They will also fit tyres you have got yourself. All of that aside, the customer services is next level, there is never a hard sell and these guys go above and beyond fitting tyres. I had a cracked alloy on my Mercedes CLS and was told they would have a look around for me. I thought this was just talk and ended up paying £600 for a wheel online (new). A coupe of days later Elite called me to say they found me a wheel (used) for £200 and could refurb it for me, total cost £300 quid. I'm currently working in Reading and because it's 60 miles one way drive every day, I was desperately need to change two front tyres on my Volvo XC90. After contacting most known firms I was disappointed because first available date was in 7 days. Only place I go for tyres. Very professional and always competitively priced compared to online tyre shops but you get friendly and helpful service on top. I only changed my front tyres (BMW runflats) 2.5 months ago and got a screw in one. They were able to remove it and repair the hole (screw was luckily in the centre of the tyre) new valve and balance for £20 instead of £200 for a new tyre. I always recommend these guys to anyone looking for tyres. They also sell wheels and do refurbs.

Since moving into RWD cars I have seen the need for a decent four wheel alignment, Elite have always offered great customer service and accuracy. I was recommended Elite Wheels & Tyres Ltd by another garage, which couldn't fit me in for a suspension geometry set-up on my BMW Alpina B3 Biturbo. The car had previosuly been checked by Wheels in Motion in Chesham, but didn't drive right afterwards. The team at Elite did a great job, and the difference in straightline stability, steering feel and handling was noticeable. The experience was seriously let down by the discovery of 3 paint chips on the leading edge of the driver's door, and minor chips to the front and left wheels on the passenger side. None of these were on the car before it went in. A frustrating shame.

Went in for a standard silver refurb on my Jag XFS 20" wheels, came out with amazing wheels, a different beautiful colour with flecks that catch the sun. Wouldn't have asked for it if I hadn't have seen it and transforms the car. Go so well with the car and gets great feedback from people. A proper job as well, not just painting the face of the wheel like some places. Really friendly bunch and happy to help. Managed to sort out a set of loan wheels for me there and then. Advised on tyre a safety issue as well (which was actually pretty bad), so paid attention to detail when stripping the wheels. Used them last year for tracking in my S4 and did a great job as well, it was well out. Highly recommend them, and would use again.
