Great. Very knowledgeable and professional staff,with great advice regarding different points of the car. Very nice and clean locations,selections of hot drinks and open 7/7....really fantastic. From now on I will use them again. So...i went again...this time with my car and like when I was with my wife's car... again same great service and treatment. I wanted to check my wheels alignment and they've done it fast and pro, using the very best Hunter System,it was all good and they haven't charge me for it...amazing...thinking that nowadays most of the mechanics try to take advantage...but not Kwik Fit. Fantastic experience at Kwik Fit! The wife's car had a really slow puncture, booked online to Kwik Fit, was seen immediately on arrival. Turns out there was no puncture at all, rather an issue with the seating of the tyre, so after taking it off and on, the issue has been resolved. Super friendly staff, expert knowledge and would recommend highly to others!

On the day I went in for my appointment to replace a burst tyre, Will was experiencing problems with a compressor. Despite those, the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Phenomenal service! I pick up a puncture from a screw in the road whilst doing my morning duties and panicked as I had a long journey to do the day after. I gave Kwik Fit a call and they said I could bring my car in within 45 minutes and someone would take a look. On arrival they said they could do a simple repair and the tyre would be as good as new and it was all fixed within 10 minutes of me arriving. What a bunch of legends! Thank you Kwik Fit!

My experience at Kwikfit Earley was entirely brilliant. Getting new tyres has never been particularly enjoyable for me, but my visit to this garage was refreshing in a very positive way. The young men working there were So polite (sir/madam), well mannered, courteous (holding open the door), good humoured and honest (no up-selling here). They had to play around with their computer to eventually find my booking. Why do they not have a list of online bookings in front of them at the start of the day ?

The service was good but slow as there was a shortage of staff members on duty on the day I was looking for a puncture repair. The understaffed team worked well and undertook the repair effectively. I was particularly pleased to see that the Quality Control was put in place; when one team member replaced the repaired wheel/tyre one of his colleagues came over and ensured the wheel nuts had been secured correctly. I was quoted 45 minutes to an hour for the job but it was nearer 1 hour and 45 minutes for the job to be completed.

Realistic prices for the tyres I needed. On line ordering and booking is easy and the staff at Earley are polite and attentive. There was a delay in fitting but the car was ready and waiting when I returned at the new time.

Sorted a puncture out for me on a Sunday, the day before I needed to drive up to Manchester. Relaxed friendly staff sorted everything out no problems at all, despite me forgetting the locking wheel nut and delaying the process by a few hours they were still able to get it done in plenty of time!

Had to return later in the day. The place, although very clean and tidy, appeared very understaffed; only 2 guys who seemed rushed off their feet.

Fair price,!! They didn't clean the aluminium wheel before. After a few days I was needed to come back for some more air because the tyre was a little bit flat. After another few days I convinced them that's something wrong because the tyre was going flat again. They take the tyres off and clean the alloy wheel after this mounted everything is going perfectly. Thanks for understanding!

No idea about the quality of the products, but one of the tires on my girlfriends car was flatish and the air compressor at the garage was out of service. We popped over the road to the tire shop and they pumped all four up completely free and were all really nice. I think that says a lot about the people that work there, and that they have your best interests in mind.

Car tyre pressure indicator warned back tyre deflating. Had the guys check and there was a nail in the tyre. It was near the edge so marginal if they could repair but as only 2mm of wear remaining agreed to change tyres. Ordered new ones over the web and quickly fitted at an agreed time. Very efficient, customer friendly service and tyres at a good price.
