Great Service from the team at Shinfield Kwik Fit today! Got my wheels balanced and they were super helpful, very knowledgeable, through and polite. It's my go to tyre place now. Would be great if this center could get a Hunter Tracker Wheel Alignment. Thank you

Great Customer Service and very friendly members of the Team. I had an issue with the dust caps on my front tyres which was sorted out very quickly and was not charged for getting it sorted out. Will definitely return when i need tyres changing, alignment etc.

My child found a nail in my tyre on a Saturday a few months ago, so we popped into our local Kwik Fit. It was very quiet then. My son also loves tyres and wheels. As it was quiet, the team let him “help” a bit with taking off the tyre, watch the new one be fit on to the wheel, then let him “help” again with putting the tyre back on the car. This was a few months ago, and my son still talks about this as one of the best days of Jos life. Thank you to the Shinfield team for making my boy feel so special. (You easily could have told us to sit down in the waiting area and worked in peace!)

Went in today with flat tyre, they didn't have my tyre in stock so a lovely gentlemen from this branch drove to another one to get it so I could drive my car home. The service was superb. Cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing people. A+

I have known the lads at Kwik Fit for 4 years.They are always friendly,reliable,knowledgeable&quick. I needed to have two new tyres fitted urgently as I had a busy day.I spoke with Darryl to find out availability,negotiate a good price &what time they could fit&could they take off a new front nearside tyre &fit to the rear,so I could have new front ones.He had them fitted within an hour of my call ! How is that for a service.To show my appreciation I left them chocolate biscuits.I would highly recommend anyone to this branch.Thanks again Darryl.

Went to have my tyres replaced and fitted.. Great service with a friendly store manager. Everything was fitted well and on time.. the only downside was that they left the new tyres looking really dirty and smudged with lubricant.. would of been better if they had cleaned them and gave them a good polish too!

Had exhaust go early on a Sunday morning on Mercedes. Visited 2 major exhaust centres - realised no one stocks exhausts anymore! One unable to locate/quote/order parts due to spares Dept closed until Monday and another not able to check exhaust until later that afternoon (!). Was recommended Kwik Fit at Shinfield, manager Wayne very helpful, like a 'breath of fresh air' regarding service. Researched parts, ordered and quoted much less than competitors. Fitted next day. Very friendly and effective service. Would highly recommend visiting here first.
