I have needed them twice and they have solved the problem quickly and economically, always in a professional way, the last time I had a tire replaced by cutting a glass and it was covered by the warranty, I was ready to pay 90pounds, but only I had to sign and 1 hour later it was ready. I recommend them very professional and the manager always seeks to help and the best solution

The team was extremely patient and helpful all throughout my visit at the garage today. My Peugeot had some faults that couldn't be fixed unfortunately and failed the MOT, unless taken to a the dealership or a make specialist but regardless I can't thank the team enough for the help and service provided while I was there. Very quick and efficient service, friendly and considerate staff could it credit too. I went in for a brake rotor replacement without appointment as it was urgent. They advised me well. Also, could kindly fit me in and finished the job in under 2 hours. Will use them again.

James and the team are fantastic and always very welcoming. I've been a customer for a few years mainly for tyres/tracking. I've had an issue with a bleeding valve for a while but delayed popping in due to lock down. Yesterday I thought I would pop in on the off chance someone could take a look at it for me. James sorted the problem within minutes which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this branch.

It's been a while since I've used National but I was quite impressed with the price and service. Dan was knowledgeable and sensible with appraisal of a damage tyre. He and the team were very quick and as he'd advised me on the phone to come to them later in the day, I didn't wait around at all. Their pricing is a little obtuse but still better than most.

As advertised. Tyre pressure inductor wasn't calibrated & one tyre out of four was low-pressure. Easy fix, but ideally shouldn't happen.

Dropped in as 2 front tyres were losing air. The problem was quickly identified and fixed. During the whole experience, I spoke to about 5 different employees. Every one was polite, articulate, explained everything and I was charged a fair price. You can't ask for more, thanks

I got pretty fed up with them. I came in to change a worn brake pad ard 2.10 pm. Was told they should be free by 3.40. As it will take an hour n half, I decided I might as well go get some grocery nearby but not before leaving my number with them. Came back ard 345, was told brake worn thus need new one ( obviously! I just had MOT done and already knew abt it and had informed them abt needing a change). Brake pads for my car are not available in the garage, they need to order parts from another company. I was told it will take another hour. Fine. Decided to do some light walking ard the industrial area. Phone call came in an hour later stating got the disc but wrong pads arrived, they need to call another company. However, parts won't arrive until tomorrow. Asked if I can drive car home was told not possible as they have taken ( brake) apart. I asked for a courtesy car , no such thing, the manager can't afford to drop me either as he claimed he has no car. As it's already nearing 6pm on a drizzling winter's evening, I was told brusquely to take a bus into Reading with my bags of groceries (I did not leave in Reading btw). Decided I'll get an Uber. Not much help at all from them and lacking communication with me meant time was wasted. Could have contacted via hp much earlier about parts but didn't. Won't bother heading there again in the future.

Visited to have my wheels aligned recently and was delighted with the level of customer service experienced. There staff were polite, and acted with a degree of integrity. It’s a Friday afternoon, I’m flying out on business in the morning and my wife’s car starts to make a noise from the front brakes. I visit two empty-looking tyre+brake specialists who tell me they can’t book me in until next week. I suspect they just want to knock off early. Then I arrive at National Tyres - it’s busy, but Karl agrees to give the car a visual inspection. He senses my concern, listens to my story, sees the child seats in the back and tells me not to worry. He will get the car on the ramp as soon as he can. A short while later, he tells me that the offending obstruction has been removed and the car is safe. Best of all - there’s no charge. All he wants is a box of donuts for his team. Well, sugar is poison Karl, so let me write your team a review instead ;-) They have ‘Focus on the Customer’ stuck to the wall in this branch. You see that stuff all the time, but rarely get to experience it for real.

Great service from calling to discuss my problem to collecting my car at the end. The guy on the phone was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to. When I took the car in I asked them if they could check my tyres as I am due to take it away on saturday and it was going to be a long journey. They did it straight away and were very thorough. I was warned it was going to be a bit of a wait which was fine as I was popping to Morrisons anyway. When I got back and picked it up i was expecting a bit of a bill (I didnt actually know how much the work was going to cost and I didnt think to ask as I was only concerned with getting it done for my trip) but got a pleasant shock when they told me then had given me a discount. Being a 15 year old car I was expecting a few other problems to arise or to be ripped off with extra work that isnt actually needed but none of this happened. Will definitely be back.

Bought Michelin Primacy HP (online) and got fitted Michelin Primacy 3, (not the garage fault but website) still very good value for money. The alignment failed at 1st attempt(don´t know the reasons) but they have very professionally repeated for me a few miles later. Very professional approach and good value.

I fitted one of tyres today with National and they did an amazing job. They were so quick it hardly took anytime to change my tyre. I have visited Kwik Fit before to fit tyres and they are really slow to replace the tyre and very bad experience at Kwik Fit. I would specifically thank Jim/ James just forgot the name and sorry for that, he was exceptionally very good, spontaneous and lovely customer service. Thanks. These guys know what they're doing. My experience had always been good.

Friendly guy served me called Dave. Changed a flat tyre, fitted a new valve, and and put on the new tyre within 10 minutes. Also pumped up my spare tyre without asking and did a safety check on the car. Charged no labour costs. Felt they were really honest and will now be using this as my garage in the future. Thanks!! Edit. Used the garage again today - this time served by Justin - equally friendly, helpful and efficient. They guys here seem to work so hard, and it's a place that I really feel i'm getting the best deal, rather being ripped off constantly!
