3 stars because this used to be my go-to place for tyre and exhaust services. Lovely lady at reception, and friendly owner..but incompetent tyre fitter working there currently. Don't suppose he'll be working here long, so may well return at some point in the future. Hopefully the quality service returns soon. EDIT: Pictured is the fix on the supposedly 'unrepairable' tyre..done at the next place I visited after here; Rubber Up Tyres in Hedge End. Happy I didn't take this tyre fitters word for it when he said it couldn't be repaired. Repair cost me £10, and saved me spending £85 replacing a nearly new tyre.

These folks really helped me out. I arrived without an appointment but they immediately put my car on the hoist, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, installed the parts and I drove out of there 3 hours later. I couldn't have asked for more. Plus it was a very reasonable price. 5 stars and more if I could.

Absolutely brilliant from the garage!!!!..was told i needed a tyre changed by a well known dealership because it had a nail in it and it was unrepairable ..took it to totton tyres and after an inspection the mechanic said he could repair it, which he did. This saved me over £50..could have easily changed it and said nothing...many thanks to the team at Totton Tyres and will always use you in the future

My tyre completely blew out when leaving the duel carriage way. Luckily we were only down the road from here. The staff were super helpful and kind, and fitted me with a new tyre in no time. He even fitted it in the pouring rain as there was no way my car was getting into the garage. The price was incredibly reasonable, and to end the 5* service I received, he then put air in the rest of my tyres, as I was anxious of it happening again. Thank you so so much Totton Tyres!

I needed to get my front tyres replaced before they went from naughty to illegal. Having checked the website at 11.00 I was able to book the same day at 15:00 .Tyres fitted with no problem even during lockdown. Just great service.

Booked online to have 2 mid range Falken tyres fitted to my VW T5.1 camper. Received emails confirming my booking next day ! On the day had another email advising me my tyres were ready for fitting at Totton. I arrived and was greeted by the fitters who answered my questions about tyre ware. Covid rules were in place. So I retired to the waiting area. My tyres were fitted and I also asked for tracking to be done. The overall price was cheaper than anywhere else. A great customer experience as always. Will be back for the two rear tyres in the summer . Great customer service and really like to go local and keep local businesses going

Went in on an off chance to check out a slight wobble (thought one of my front wheels had lost a balance weight) but they showed me that I had a defective tyre (bought somewhere else) that was about to explode! Thanks guys for saving me from having a crash!!! New tyre fitted, and balanced other front wheel for free. Super quick, great price and helpful. Would recommend to my friends :)

Managed to fit me in when I was in a rush. Had a great priced tyre in stock and did a fast and efficient job of fitting it along with helping me get rid of an old wheel I had in the garage. Friendly helpful staff. I'll visit next time I need a new set of tyres.

I’ve had plenty of tyres from here now and every time so far, I’ve been able to get my tyres sourced and fitted within a few hours. I have unusual tyre sizes / specs and it’s previously been very hard to find tyre places that will get you tyres within days, let alone the hours that this place works to. Amazing!

I was looking for a specific brand of tyre which I couldn’t source through the usual sites such as tyreshopper and ASDA Tyres and found, to my surprise, that they could get one at Totton Tyres. This is really handy for me as I live in Totton and was able to pop in to have the tyre replaced on the way back home from work. I ordered the tyre and went the following day to have it fitted there. The tyre fitter who did the job was polite, professional and replaced the tyre with the exact same make as the one I wanted it matched to, checking the tyre size, speed and tread pattern too. It was fitted whilst I waited without any fuss of hassle and I can highly recommend them. The price I paid was probably a couple of pounds more than usual but definitely worth it for the convenience.

Had 4 Goodyear Vector tyres fitted. Excellent price, couldn’t beat it and the price includes fitting fees and balancing (other tyre centres charge extra!) Excellent customer service and the tyres were fitted quickly. I highly recommend Totton tyres and exhaust.

Rang up asking if they had any SPARE tyred. Person on the other end then quoted me for a regular tyre which was not what I had asked for. I made myself quite clear when I asked. Phone manner was not great either. I like to buy local if I can but I think I'm going to go to Halfords instead.
