I came in today with a puncture, Just recently had my wheels refurbished and protectors fitted which “didn’t need to be removed” and they couldn’t get the tyre off.
Amidst having a melt down they had 2 fitters sort my tyre out, slowly and carefully and send me on my way with a smile on my face, wheel protectors intact

M.Competent, fast and generally thorough on the job. Sadly, they have a brand new wheel tracking machine, so I cannot give an opinion on how precise it is, yet. ;)
If I meant to be extremely picky: two of my premium tyres are 1621, while other two 2221 (but the same specs). They have a really fresh stock: no tyre was older than 6 months since manufacturing.
It is a child friendly garage: you can pop with children, they will even switch to some cartoons and allow you to adjust chairs for them.
Overall, a very pleasant experience.
P. W.Super quick and friendly service. Asked them to take care of the wheel nuts as in two pieces (last garage hacked them to pieces and they all needed replacing) and they did a great job. Thanks very much.
D. K.Fantastic Team here. I booked online to obtain the discount for 4 tyres and called to confirm. Polite, Efficient, Knowledgeable Team. It was well worth the travel for the best price around and service received. Fitted the tyres to my R32 with no dramas.
A. K.I unfortunately had a flat tyre and needed it fixed quickly before work. I called up at 8am and they told me to come down. I got there around 9.30am and they only took 25mins. Very friendly service, really understanding and helpful. Would completely recommend and will be using again :)
J. T.Had four tyres fitted (ordered elsewhere) and a free alignment check recently. Tyres were fitted quickly and the alignment check showed three of four wheels needed adjustment. The staff took their time to explain that the rears needed doing first and this required a specialist tool which they did not have. The took the time to explain the technical side of things. Very honest as they could have just sorted the front wheels without telling me about the rears.
Update Sept '21: I have brought my car back for a balance check and cannot fault the customer service.

J. M.If you need tyres then find a protyre it's as simple as that . Have always used their various branches and they keep track of your purchases and happy to do a deal and price match previous orders. They are a part of one of the largest tyre suppliers who provide for most other garages so price wise always found them the best.

I. C.Definitely use them again. From the time of ringing up to having my new tyre fitted was under an hour, how prompt is that! When there was a slight glitched they fixed in 20 minutes, massive apologies, and free coffee. Happy customer even with the glitch.

S.Had a free break check because my rear break was grinding or as I thought it was the break, instead of telling me like most other garages to replace the breaks they removed the metal that was causing the grind free of charge and in 45 minutes since dropping the car of it was ready to go. Also the front desk is very helpful and can explain everything that is needed.So I would definitely recommend them!

Andy was so helpful when I explained my battery was on way out MOT booked for following Monday so he said bring it in (Thursday) and they did MOT next day. I was so pleased as it saved me a lot of hassle..Andy kept me updated about progress and I was happy to say they put a new battery in and MOT done and very happy they did the work needed same day so was able to drive it away same day. R. H.Thought I had a slow puncture on my tyre. They fitted me in same day. Turns out it wasn’t the tyre it was the valve. So instead of fitting a £125 tyre they sorted out the valve for £55. Honest, friendly and fast service. Would recommend.
C. R.Protyre's were extremely helpful when we had a flat tyre on our return from our cruise. They also, at my request, replaced a second tyre that was close to the legal limit. They had us on our journey home within 30 minutes.
M. L.These guys are very good with the tyres (availability) and wheel tracking (managed to fix my previous banger). Nice waiting area for children. Only one tiny 'however': yesterday I have purchased the two Michelin tyres and they haven't mentioned anything about current, valid and actual promotion (buy two Michelin tyres - get the prepaid 100GBP card). Slight dissapointment, as they were relentlessly fighting for a 0.60GBP price match ;) So, 4 stars on this occassion :-/

G. G.Had a nail in the tyre so a slow puncture. I was lucky, it wasn't too busy and the car was on the ramp straight away. 15 minutes later, puncture repaired and I was on my may. Quick, efficient, didn't try and sell me a new tyre and all at a reasonable rate. I don't usually leave reviews, but I think tyre places can get a bad rap sometimes. I could't have asked for any more.
