Amazing service, called and saw my car right away in an emergency. Puncture was repaired right away and they even showed me the work as they did it. Prices really good, so will defiantly be coming back for new tyres when needed, can't recommend enough!

“My car got a flat tire on a busy Monday and it could have completely ruined my day...” Luckily I was nearby to Wessex Tyres!!! Abu & Khaled came straight out to help me. They were so friendly & helpful. I quickly realised I was going to need all my tyres replaced, the front two were very worn and the rear had a nail and cracking which Khaled kindly pointed out. (It was about to be a really expensive day... Until Abu jumped on the phone and sourced some high quality & inexpensive tyres for my car. I came back two hours later after rushing to another Job and they fit my tyres & balanced them all in under ten minutes. The speed, efficiency and service that these guys deliver is unmatched. I have been using Wessex tyres since it opened. I have a great experience each time I visit. I had one issue regarding my locking wheel nut after a conversation with the manager he instantly solved my issue. I highly recommend all my family friends use this business, always work around my needs including very quick fix to allow me to carry on with my daily tasks. Great place to go for your tyres. Brand new or part worn. The guys did me a great price for a part worn tyre for the wife's car. And a brilliant price for 4 new tyres on my car. I trawlled the Internet for prices but they smashed the price by at least £20 a tyre. Give these guys a try before you buy from anywhere else. And very polite as well.

Fast and efficient service, but let down by the fact that I called up for a quote, and was then charged more when I turned up, being told I shouldn't have been quoted that. It was only £5 difference, but I felt misled regardless. The chap that served me then spent the whole of the 15-20 minutes I was there complaining quite vocally to his colleague about whoever it was that misquoted me. Further to that, I then heard him say that he'd "had enough of this part worn pikey s**t". Whether he was referring to those that buy part worn tyres, or the fact that his company sell them, I can't be sure - but the whole experience today has certainly made me reconsider where I'll be taking my custom in future. Disappointing really, as I've used them a few times and always found them to be professional and courteous, and they made me feel welcome. Today, I just felt a bit awkward.

Had a puncture up near Tesco and limped down the road to this tyre shop. Despite the fact it was pretty closing time for them they checked the puncture bit it could be repaired. Got a cheap part worn which looked near new. Did the other side as well to be sensible. £30 all in for tyres that good. They were fast friendly and helpful and didn't mind that I'd now made them finish work about 15 minutes after they closed. Will definitely use this business again
