I was greeted promptly and the work started slightly ahead of time. I was able to view the work from the comfortable reception area and given the opportunity to upgrade the tracking to four wheel tracking which I did. New tyre inflated to the correct pressure and full alignment report provided. Recommended.

Top experience here. I called in the morning at about 10.45. Dropped in at 11.30 with a slow puncture. By the time I'd walked to Greg's down the road they were beginning to fit a new tyre. One coffee and a sausage roll later and everything was ready. Good price and excellent service - would recommend.

Great bunch of guys at the Burton branch of ETS. Have been using for years and always value there honest apinon. Have tried other garages in the past but quickly realised you won't do much better than ETS. Even to fixing a faulty valve for free recently at Derby branch. Unheard of these days I would imagine. Put a smile on my face today as my car passed its MOT. Nice one and would highly recommend.

Never experienced any issues with times and ETAs, and always happy with new sourced parts for fitting, couldn’t ask for more Having used them multiple time so nice first posting, everything is still as expected if not beyond expectations. Truly amazing service, escorted in by the RAC following a puncture on the A38. They had the right tyre in stock, coffee and loos provided. This followed spending 2 hours stuck on M1 to cover 5 miles after M1 closure. These guys were superb and they were lifesavers. The 3 hour journey ended up as a 7 hour journey but the attention here lifted our mood. Well done Eden

Upperdale ETS is closer to me but much prefer the set-up and customer friendly environment of the Burton branch. The whole team were humble and did not blind me with jargon. Been using ETS at both Derby and Burton now for a good few years. And they have always been excellent in how they manage both your appointment and the work being carried out. Today was no exception. They never force work on you -they always let you make the decision. I respect their knowledge and honesty. Not always the cheapest but feel the work they do is the best.

Very honest and reasonable. Took my car to them for what we thought was a noisy wheel bearing to be replaced and they called to ask if I wanted it doing as they weren't sure it was that. They took the car on test drive to locate the noise which turned out to be a brake caliper issue, which they sorted the same day and at a third of the price of the bearing. Very honest opinion from them and very friendly and efficient.

Happy with the service I have received from ETS - I had some suspension work done on my high mileage Volvo and needed a wheel alignment and front tyres balanced. Visited the Burton on on Trent centre this morning, thoroughly expecting too need two front tyres due to wear on the shoulders. I was stunned by both the honesty and professionalism shown by Jordan and Richard. My tyres were thoroughly inspected by Richard who said the tyres were legal and there was no need to replace them. From the initial phone enquiry to actually having the tyres fitted, and a puncture mending was textbook 100%. The disappointment started when I got home. The cream carpet in the drivers footwell was covered in black footprints (not mine), and the wheel that was punctured was covered in greasy hand prints. Would of given a higher rating but they didn't do my wheel alignment right so had to go back and have it done again so took an extra 1 hour out of my day. Booked it in for brake check at the same time which they forgot to do u till I reminded them. They said I needed brake pads all round and brake fluid replacement and quoted me around £315 for just pads, fitted and brake fluid change. I then found a more reasonable price at a garage 4 mins down the road where they quoted me £145 for pads and fitting not including brake fluid. So very inflated prices compared to their competitors down the road for the same level of brake pads. Very nice and clean garage. People polite enough but don't think I will be using again.

EDEN tyres in Burton-on-Trent were absolutely wonderful when I had two burst tyres very near to their premises in Battista Road just an hour before their closing time. Jordan especially put himself out to help me. He 'sorted' the work to be done, kept me informed at every stage & was superbly professional & courteous throughout. When new tyres had been fitted, one mechanic road tested my vehicle only to find that I needed a shock absorber replacing. They kept the car overnight, phoned me at 8.30 the following morning to say that the part had been ordered & was on its way. Just after 11am I received another call to say that the car would be ready for collection at noon - and it was!! I cannot sing the praises of the staff highly enough. Each of them was pleasant, courteous , helpful and turned, what originally was an upsetting & disturbing incident, Into an extremely efficient & pleasurable experience in a pleasant environment due to the courtesy and efficiency of the ETS staff.
