Being stranded 4 hours from home potteries tyres was 5 minutes round the corner, within a quick call and a short drive we had a brand new tyre on the car in no time! Would like to say a massive thank you to this company for helping keep our plans in place! Brilliant service!

My tyre blew on the M6 last Wednesday and I managed to get into the services between j15 and j14 SB. I got a few quotes in the region of 170. I phoned Potteries tyres and was quoted £105 all in. The van arrived in roughly a hour and the tyres was repaired in roughly 30 minutes, I had been coming back from Alder Hay in Liverpool and my son is in a wheelchair at the moment. I this company acted in a professional manner and I was pleasantly surprised with the price of the repair. I would like to thank the people that helped us out that day from Mr Raj

Had a puncture on my way to Alton Towers. Googled garages near me and Potteries Tyres came up. It was the only one open at 8am on a Saturday. I was seen to promptly by a friendly mechanic who advised that I needed a new tyre as the tread was below legal limit. They didn't have the tyre in stock but called a local garage who supplied them with one. Very reasonable price including fitting. The receptionist is very friendly and asked us if we wanted a drink. The waiting area is clean with free hot drinks and a water cooler. We were done and on our way by 8.30. Fantastic service and quality. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Blow out on the M6. All the big companies never had my tyre size , so could not help me. Contacted Potteries Tyres they never had my size, but they went that extra mile and rang round until they found one. Went and picked up the tyre and then rescued me in the cold and rain and on my way 1 hour after contacting them , so grateful that some companies really do care about people. Big national companies please take note. Not one of you offered this service or cared enough to do anything. Please use this company for your tyres, you won't be disappointed.
