J. H.A few months ago on our way back from holiday we broke down in Pontarddulais. The problem wasn't fixable, which left us with a useless car, a 7 year old kid and boot full of luggage, 200 miles from home... while there was a train strike and we couldn't get a hire car! Jamie and the team went way and beyond to get us home safely and didn't charge us a penny for all their time and efforts! Heartwarming kindness that restores your faith in humanity - amazing!
L. A.These folks are amazing!!! Jan (@Shell) noticed we made a fuel error and suggested we talk to the guys in the shop. Jamie and Darrin wasted no time getting us straightened out. The crew were very kind and charged us less than 1/2 what I expected and were so nice about the whole thing. Great service. 6 out of 5 stars!!!

J. G. T. J. G. T.Outstanding Service yet again, called the office spoke to Jordan if he got a slot to fix a puncture on my trailer? No problem was the answer. As I arrived I was guided to the back then the team done a f1 pit stop style tyre swap as I had nails in my tyre .By the time I made quick phone call and bought a drink at the petrol station next door I was ready to go again. Got to give it to the boys nothing is ever a problem and they always friendly and professional. I have come from a bigger tyre company that I used for years with great discounts but I'm sticking with this company now as they get that time is money for me and even a loaded trailer wasn't a problem which I normally had to unload etc etc. So big thanks to all of you keep the good work up. R. W.Had my 2nd service, mot and petrol cap fixed yesterday at trostre tyres. The guys here are fab, made me and my grandson feel very welcome, even gave my grandson treats and Damian took the time to entertain and talk to him while I was sorting out the bill, which I have arranged to pay in 3 installments through payment assist. All I paid on day was 25% of bill. Very happy with the price and work they did. I highly recommend you use this garage, excellent price, service and customer service. Thanks guys 🙂

R. W.Great garage, cheapest and best tyres i found after a bit of research around my local area. Staff are great, polite, helpful and friendly. So went back for mot and service. Another great thing about this garage they have payment assist which allows you to spread cost over 3 months, which was done quickly and easily by a link sent to my phone. I Wouldnt go anywhere else now. Very happy customer ☺

S. R. J.My son and I have been coming to Trostre Tyres in Pontarddulais since they opened and have found them extremely friendly, courteous, professional, quick and helpful. I went in on Saturday 20th March 2021 for two new tyres expecting to have to come back the following week but they were able to change them without delay. I've recently bought a new phone which I have been unable to link to the car and so asked one of the mechanics if he could do this for me and he was glad to help which took him less than 5 minutes to do. J.5 ⭐️ service. Jordan on the front desk and the mechanics couldn’t do enough to help me with a tracking issue on my car. Got me in straight away and tried everything they could to resolve my issue by doing the job literally 5 times over in order to get it right (through no fault of their own) and only charged me the initial fee agreed. My first time using the garage but I will be back there for any future issues.

E. C.These guys were just amazing. We were travelling from London to St Davids on New Year's Eve with our two young kids when we got a flat tyre on the motorway. We Googled the nearest tyre place and Trostre Tyres came up. Despite the fact it was NYE and they were supposed to have shut two hours before with still a number of jobs to do, they were friendly, accommodating and replaced the tyre within an hour. Excellent service all round and we can't thank/rate them highly enough.

r. p.New tyre place in bont, tyres were a few quid more than quoted on telephone but they had a flyer which gave me £5 off per tyre. Flyer only valid until end of march 2019.
They don't do mot but they will organise this and give the car once over which is all in price so thumbs up

A. 9.Took my Renault Megane motor car to this garage after the handbrake went. This was Only a month after a garage in Penllergaer had charged me over £120 for allegedly repairing it. The guys here were excellent, friendly, sorted out the best price for parts and replaced the brake discs & pads. I will definitely be going back here for vehicle repairs.

I am a driving instructor and a pupil hit the kerb and blew out 2 tyres leaving me stranded..
A friend came to help take one wheel to them to replace and they sorted it within minutes..
They even offered to come get my car, but I'd already arranged a friend's help..
I put the one wheel back on the car and drove with spare wheel on as well back to them.. and again, within minutes they had replaced the tyre and put it back on the car for me.
These guys are amazing... And they were happy and respectful of my situation.. couldn't help me enough..
You need to use them as the service is second to none
