Nigel and the team are 100% genuine, focussed and very informative. They obviously take pride in providing such excellent levels of service. From start to finish I was very highly impressed with the whole experience.
Clearest five stars I’ve ever given.
a. n.The guys here are absolute gents. I changed my brake fluid at a different garage a few months ago and they told me my brake pads would need replacing soon as they only had 4mm left.
I called ATS and got a quote of £190 for both front and back to be changed. Came in today ready to fork out the money but after a quick inspection they told me the pads were absolutely fine and had 10mm left. Not sure why the other garage told me otherwise but thanks to the honesty of the guys at ATS I’ve saved myself almost £200.
Will be recommending to all my friends and family.

My MOT failed and I came here to see if they was able to help, they not only helped me in getting my part for my car as cheap as possible but could clearly tell I was in high amount of stress. Just as i thought my luck was running out. Nigel had come up to me whilst i was in my car trying to phone people to sort this and he honestly tried everything he could to do this for me and you honestly have made my day, week, month! Fitted my whole headlight so that it can pass! He was so so kind and made me feel so valued, and i would like to say you’ve made my whole day. I will definitely be returning here for anything i ever need! I felt so valued and it is always worrying being a woman and finding somewhere that wont rip you off! V. H.These guys were mint! My car went man down at the petrol station.... so I walked over this morning and asked for help. They literally dropped their work to help me. Coleman came across to the petrol station forecourt and Jump started me, and then I drove to the garage where nigel dropped a new battery in my car straight away. S. B.Visited ATS just to get my wheels balanced. Great service, it was in and up in the air with a few minutes. Whilst doing their safety checks, they spotted a few bit which need fixing, gave me a price, no pressure to buy there and then. Will be going back to get the work done.

I rarely leave reviews unless it's for very Good or Very Bad Customer Service, however in this case it's for EXEMPLARY Customer Service at the ATS Euromaster Branch in Cheney Manor Swindon.
What a refreshing change it was to deal with and talk to Technicians who put Customer Service at the forefront of the Services they provide, combined with honesty when it came to explaining the problem and solution and as such eliminating the charge I was expecting to pay. As a result I now won't take my business anywhere else if they cover the car service / repair that I'm looking for in the future; Tyres, Exhaust, Battery etc...
They definitely have my highest recommendation if they provide the service that you're looking for which is something that I rarely do but in this instance I'm more than happy to make a well deserved exception.
Well done guys, you're a very clear and strong asset to ATS Euromaster something I hope that the ATS Euromaster Chief Executive and his Senior Management Team recognise

J. T.The whole experience has actually reset my faith in humanity!
On the way to Stonehenge, from Edinburgh, the car lost power on the motorway. We limped off the next exit into Swindon and stopped into the first Kwik Fit we could find. Due to being short staffed, they sent us on our way without a thought!
Next stop is ATS Euromaster at Cheney Manor. We called the AA looking for a tow back but they refused to come due to us being parked in a garage!!!
The garage was also short staffed and extremely busy. However, the two members of staff who were on dropped everything to immediately look at the car. They quickly diagnosed the issue to be one of three possible problems. One being an easy fix, the others not so much sadly. The fixes could have been anywhere up to £2000 quid.
Sadly they could not fix it right there and then as they needed to strip the car further to see what was wrong and they were extremely busy fixing cars, with the phone and reception never stopping.
They arranged a hire car for us at an extremely cheap price by phoning round their mates and calling in favours. They promised to try and get the car fixed by Thursday (home-time) but asked if they could have another day if the news was for the worse.
At around 10am on Thursday the garage called to say that the car was fixed. It was the minor problem after all. The member of staff went to a breakers yard and bought the part HIMSELF, installed it, noticed a few other things that needed attention and fixed them and did a temp fix on an exhaust bracket he noticed was about to go.
The charge for this….. “just grab us a few cold drinks on the way down”
When we arrived the whole team were there to greet us, talked us through what they had done and never charged us a penny for it.
That is way above and beyond! You just don't get this kind of service and kindness any more!
They got the cold drinks and more… and we are also sending down some Haggis haha!

M. J.I got a quote over the telephone for a tyre and went to pick it up. When I got there, he didn't ask me if I wanted it fitted there or not. I explained that I would be getting it fitted at another garage as they already have my car. I paid £41 for the new tyre, which is a great price. The only downfall is that the man who dealt with me went off to help some else behind me in the queue before finishing my query, leaving me sitting waiting, because he assumed I wanted him to fit it. I ended up asking another guy who works there to take my money, so I could leave, because the tyre was literally sitting there right in front of me. Never assume, the customer service skills are not great.

G. B.Amazing service. Gem of a guy answered late Saturday, in lockdown, when his systems were down (no payment possible) and when I was making a critical journey to my family down the M4 only to find I had a flat tyre.
He helped me, fitted the spare tyre, fixed the old one, and refused to take anything for it, I would have been in a dire situation otherwise. A true gent - can't recommend this place highly enough. Please contact me if you are the boss of this place and I'll be happy to pay.
