Always such an excellent service from the team at Kwik-Fit on County Road. My dad is nearly 80 years old and a big car fanatic - he wont go anywhere else for his car needs! Without fail, he gets such a great service from the Manager and Supervisor there. They always recognise him and welcome him by name and my dad knows them by name too (he often tells me he saw Dave or Josh who were really helpful). The Operations Manager even introduced himself to my dad this week and made him feel really special. Thank you Kwik-fit team for looking after him! It's so re-assurring to know he gets looked after when he comes.

A thank you doesn’t do these dudes justice!! I rolled up to the garage after 5 on a Friday with my campervan in a sorry state and not really road worthy… (very upsetting as i had my first holiday in 6 months starting the next day) sat down with Dave the service manager just before closing and after a very tense night/morning the next day I drove away just after 2pm on Saturday with my wheels pointed to the coast!! The level of service, speed and compassion of everyone I interacted with was amazing and helpful and everything was explained in a friendly and non-patronising way - totally totally amazing!! they’ve saved my bacon big time and I cannot commend them enough!! Big shoutout to Dave especially 👍🏻

I recently had to have x3 new tyres fitted and the tracking adjusted as it was causing uneven tyre wear. I rang tyre city on Wednesday and they booked my car in for Friday at Midday. They were very polite and courteous on the phone and obliged me with a total cost for the work to be carried out. I arrived at around 11-50am on the Friday and two of the staff started the required work straight away, again their courtesy and politeness was outstanding. The two of them soon had the work completed, so I paid the previously agreed price and I was on my way. I wouldn't hesitate to use tyre city again if I ever needed to. I had a panic on Saturday with a very low tyre! Called Kwik Fit, County Road, & they were brilliant, got 4 new tyres ordered for first thing on the Monday morning. They also fitted all 4 tyres in 10 mins on the Monday! Amazing! Really understanding & helpful there & couldn’t have done more to sort my car out quickly for me. Great service

We are extraordinarily happy with the service and prices we've received at Tyre City in Swindon. We came in originally, in a bit of a rush, to get a replacement tyre after suffering a flat. With the other tyres already below the recommended wear limit, or very close to it, we went ahead with replacing all four at a very good price. Since then we've returned and had additional work done. Every time it's been at a good price, it's been done on time, and Josh has done a great job of advising on how to prioritize the work to be done. All in all. Very happy indeed, and I have no hesitation in recommending that anyone bring their car here.

I hope Josh gets the help it appears he would like and deserves. The branch would be great with 3 Josh's. Worked hard and as efficient bas one man can. Would be a bonus if the blocked off chairs (understandably due to COVID-19) were placed outside maybe just 1 per bay. I don't know the legal sides if you own the Path etc. But if possible I'm sure many customers would appriciate especially in these coming summer Months.

Went in with a nail through my tyre, when nobody else had the right size. Went to college and somewhat we had to listen to people from tyre city, went in our class to talk about car safety when I left college and start engaging in real world and was working as a driver (delivery guy) tyre city rang bell in my mind so went to Swindon tyre city sorted me out really quick when my NJ09HLG vw Polo needs new exhaust (ordered today and fitted day fitted no bookings) and free bulbs fitting when I bought bulbs unlike halford £8 per fitting and long que. I also didn’t know I know someone works there josh(small world) the team staff clean and tidy (uniform wise) unlike many garage dirty uniforms also staff have passion natural knowledge and very keen to what they do in tyre city and I hope they progress higher with the company cos they deserve it working 8am-5pM to maintain us motorists top class josh, Dave piotr and rest the team for doing great job top class

Tyre City.... more like SMILE CITY! Whilst the mother-in-law is on holiday, she tasked me with getting her punctured tyre either repaired or replaced... keen to avoid ending up in the cauldron, I visited Tyre City earlier today. I was first greeted by a young man (I believe his name was Mr Ainsley, deputy manager), he was beaming from ear to ear, so already off to a good start from a customer service aspect. We discussed the use of the vehicle and our budget at some length, I didn't feel rushed at any point, and Mr Ainsley was able to adequately suggest a suitable tyre. The tyre was mid-range, so suitable for various weather types and bang on budget. We closed the deal there and then. Whilst a member of staff began changing the tyre, I chatted with Mr Ainsley a little more and bless him, he still continued to smile politely, whilst I complained about my aches and pains, following a winning performance at 6-a-side the following evening. And this is where the 5th star comes in to it, not only did I get a good quality tyre, supplied and fitted - at a reasonable price.... Mr Ainsley gave me his Manager's details (David), who just so happened to be an ex-Reading FC Academy player and might be able to talk me through some post-match exercises, to help ease my symptoms. I am extremely satisfied with my visit, and won't hesitate to recommend friends, family and colleagues alike. Great job Mr Ainsley and the rest of the team @ Tyre City - 5***** Service

As a technician that works all over the country l wanted to entrust a garage to change my tyres but concerned due to having 19" BBS alloys and low profiles on my BMW. After visiting a few garages for prices and concerns this place was top notch for everything. Customer service, assurity of my alloys being protected and if not they would cover the cost to repair and the prices were the same as black circles even tho they don't use and not on that site. They took their time and made sure my alloys left in the condition l arrived in. One very happy customer. Thamsdown were the opposite and the lad with the long centre parting was rude, obnoxious and didn't want to know and l will never use them for that reason alone.
