A. H.We were on our way from Northampton to visit our son in Cornwall and realised that we had s slow puncture due to an embedded screw in the rear off side tyre. We tried to get some help from two other tyre centres but nothing doing. In desperation I rang Malvern Tyres where I received an immediate positive response from the manager. On arrival we were met by the manager in reception who was polite a
nd helpful. Within 30 minutes the repair was complete at a charge of £20 - an absolute bargain. The mechanic was friendly and kept us informed at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending this terrific business - this is how to deliver great customer care.
