I would recommend them, clean and tidy workshop and friendly chap behind the counter. Only downside was waited 2 hours+ to fit one new tyre. Would use them again, just hope that long wait was a one off.

Great helpful service checked my tyres for wear and offered sensible advice. I have been on line and booked four new tyres. Also took advantage and spread the payment over 3 months interest free. As I said great helpful service will now use Hardy's as my preferred tyre place.

Took my car for servicing. The staff are friendly and covid rules are being followed. I was speaking with Phil mainly. I was called prior to any work being done with a breakdown of costs. I wasn't pressured into getting the work done through them. The prices are competitive and no hidden costs. The work was finished same day - no messing around or excuses. The car feels great to drive now. I will be getting my tyres done through them as well, as they will need changing soon. Highly recommended.

Quick work efficiently done and found price £10 cheaper than most places. Wheel alignment check is free, handy. Would recommend but not easy to find without a satnav as poorly signposted.

Staff were friendly enough. Straight to the point no beating round the bush. If they can't help you they point you in the right direction. The only annoyance i find is the parking as i feel there just isn't enough for it being a MOT testing site.

Always honest and never do I feel ripped off. They'll happily take you to your car on the ramp and show you the work needed. £329 for a cam belt and water pump etc which is a lot of work was the best price Vs service I found in Telford.

Big thank you to Hardy tyres. I do worry about "couldn't care less" attitude of some today but my car came out with 4 new tyres and no greasy hand marks etc so I was happy! Kev in reception was courteous and friendly, offering coffee while I waited, and the chaps who did the job were careful and efficient. Booked in on line for 1030hrs and car was started on straight away. Altogether a pleasant experience. Would certainly recommend them and will use them again.

Friendly guys - I was offered drinks on a couple of occasions and the waiting area was comfortable enough. What stood out though was the sheer speed with which they changed 2 tyres plus swapped my front & rear wheels. There was no chat that's all too common in tyre centres and this effort was instead put into saving my time. Highly recommended.....

I had traveled down from Derby to the conference center, but started the day with a flat so needed the tyre sorting before I went back. Chris at Protyre Telford was super helpful when the online site wasn't - not the website's fault as such but Telford weren't listed as a motorcycle tyre fitter when they are so I couldn't have the tyre delivered there via online. Chris ordered the tyre manually and it arrived the next day - fitted the day after with no trouble, good price too.
