H.So I really needed my car air con re-gassed as I'm going away with a dog in the car so phoned them up at 8.50am and asked if at all possible they could squeeze me in today so the guy said bring it in in half an hour leave it with us and I'll get someone to have a look. An hour after bringing it in it was all sorted. Absolutely amazing service and great customer satisfaction. This place is now my go to for all future work on my car's. Big Thank You 🙂

All the staff where friendly as well. The workshop was clean as was the office and toilet.
I was not kept waiting. My car passed with 2 advisorys. There was no pushing to have the work done at HI Q. I would recommend HiQ Truro to anybody.
A. C.I always go to here if anything goes wrong with my car or for MOTs, staff are always there if any information is needed and at a great price before doing anything they talk about pricing and how much a task will cost.
I can't say I've never had anything bad to say about HiQ and will always go here in the future, best autocare centre in Cornwall in my opinion

V.We were staying in grampound on holiday, had a flat tyre and didn't know any local businesses personally, I goggled local tyre places and this one came up with good reviews, I took the wheel to them and even though they were really busy they were more than happy to try and find the slow puncture using different methods before suggesting a new tyre, in the end we had a new tyre put on the wheel and they only charged me the cost of the new tyre, fitting and balancing, there was no charge for the other work. A great business to use with hard working staff.
