Visited Steve Andrews Tyres this morning for an emergency tyre replacement. The service was exceptionally warm and friendly. I was offered a hot drink while I waited, which wasn't long. These guy were recommended to me by someone in my village. I had a nail in my tyre and they checked it, sorted it and also checked all my tyre pressure. As there was no damage they didn’t charge me. I called Steve Andrew’s Tyres last minute for a wheel alignment. They said sure no problem and I was straight into the garage. I walked into the reception area and it is well presented, clean and tidy with plenty of seating available whilst waiting. Took my Skoda this morning to Steve Andrews Tyres at Truro following puncture and flat the day before. AA arranged for replacement tyre to be ordered and so I was fully expecting to have to purchase a new tyre. However, when I arrived was informed that their was plenty of tread on the tyre and the location of puncture meant a repair could be carried out, which it was. Steve Andrews Tyres staff could so easily have sold me a new tyre for circa £150 (as I was indeed expecting) but, following their advice, I had a fully guaranteed repair for £23. These guys are professional, friendly and will not, in my experience, try and 'rip you off ' unlike some other tyre fitting companies may be encourage their staff to do. Great service, excellent value and approachable and friendly staff. Why go anywhere else?

We were on holiday and needed two new tyres thanks to punctures and unable to repair run flat tyres. I was served by Tim throughout my experience, he did an excellent job with changing the tyres and reseating the alloygators on the wheels. Service was quick and clean and everyone was friendly and they were able to source new tyres within 24hours. I’d definitely recommend.
