Despite seeming to take ages we were overall very happy with our experience. Rob, our salesperson, was very helpful and patient. He offered us hospitality and explained everything clearly and ensured we understood. From a walk in on Saturday until driveaway on Monday in our new car he behaved most professionally and made each step easy. A very fair trade in was offered by Beadles and a number of finance deals were prepared until we were happy with the numbers.

Just helped my 91 year old father buy a second hand Discovery Sport from Beadles Watford.
Robin Prashad answered the phone and has been nothing but helpful from the start. He was attentive to the particular situation and understood immediately some of the detail required. He looked around for what we were asking for and did not give up.
We bought without visiting and the delivery and part exchange worked very well.
Robin knew what he was doing and was professional and efficient.
The electronic paperwork is a bit cumbersome but that seems to be the case now in the industry and Robin explained it well.

A satisfied customer. We had our Evoque First Edition serviced at Beadles Watford on Wednesday, we'd bought the car from them also, 2 years ago. We don't live near to a Landrover dealership, so we benefit in having to choose which one to travel to. We've been to several dealerships in the past, but we chose to come back to Beadles.
I wanted to wait (in the dealership) during the service, but obviously Covid restrictions ruled that out, and although I was later arriving than intended, Kaliym was very helpful by keeping me informed, and getting my car serviced as soon as possible so I wasn't hanging around too long.
I spoke to 3 members of the Beadles team on the day, and another on a follow up call, they were all friendly, helpful and professional. Parking can be a problem, but I found a space eventually. Happy with the service!

I have just purchased my first brand new car from Land Rover Watford and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.
Lucy was the first sales person I saw when I entered the showroom and she welcomed me with a lovely smile and made me feel at easy. She showed me all around the car I was interested in and explained all the options available to me. She and Chris was very patient with me while I made a decision of what I wanted and it was nice not to feel rushed.
Chris who I believe is the finance guy was so helpful and again explained everything to me and made the process so easy. I have never had such a smooth and easy transition when buying a car which makes all the difference.
When I collected my car both Lucy and Chris were there to make sure everything went smoothly. There was an issue with connecting my phone which Lucy got sorted within 15 minutes. I am so pleased with my car and the experience I had from start to finish.

Good service and feedback from the dealer during the period the work was being done (windscreen recall replacement) but car was with them for nearly a month (windscreens on back order) and was only returned on Friday. Now, when washing the rear window, it results in water spraying across the INSIDE of the windscreen, so clearly they damaged the rear washer feed during installation.
Update: Contacted the dealer - they collected the car same day and returned a loan car. Replaced windscreen and found that sub-contractor (windscreen company) had split the rear washer hose. All repaired within a week, and car MOT'd for free as a goodwill. Excellent service and communication throughout, and turned a poor experience into a very positive one. Thanks.

Beadles serviced my Range Rover and replaced the brake pads. They carried out a full inspection and sent me a detailed report of their findings by email with a quote for replacement break pads for approval. Customer service was excellent throughout. 4/5 because Range Rover apparently can’t provide a software update that will make the SIM card work, for which I pay an annual subscription to their preferred provider Ubigi. If they could resolve this I would happily rate 5 stars.

A mixed review: Everyone was polite, I didn't like the service booking system as I had a number of questions that the booking clerk was unable to answer. He promised that the service manager would call me but that didn't happen. They forgot to stamp my service record book, but the delivery driver then drove back to the garage to have it done and returned it within 2 hours.... So, I suppose a few teething problems, but I do have a car that has been cleaned and serviced on the day I wanted it done.

I have been a landrover owner for the last 5 years now. My last evoque has given me nothing but problems, after always using lookers chipperfield I have felt let down by their service recently and since the move to their new site the service has become worse! I called up Beadles Watford and was booked in for a diagnostic. The service was fantastic and even though I can be somewhat difficult the service manager Craig was amazing! He really knows his stuff and said he has worked for the brand for a number of years and used to be a tech so it filled me with confidence he wasn’t just a manager for show but he understood the car probably better than most. He was really patient, listened to all my concerns and got the job done as promised. I won’t hesitate in coming back and he is a real credit to your company!

Usually buying a car results in being treated like a number from initial purchase and then countless time chasing the salesman to no avail for some weeks or months afterward.
This is not the case here!!
When I first turned up at the showroom I was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman in a high viz jacket. Although this seems trivial, just having someone who smiled, called me sir and instructed me exactly where to park gave me the impression that this is a slick outfit.
From my initial walk in, my salesman Dominic and business manager Chris spent a great deal of time with me to ensure the car I was purchasing and finance package was perfect for me.
Once the deal was presented to me, not once did I feel pressured or that I was being hard sold to. They just gave me the facts and left me with whatever time I needed to consider it.
But it’s usually all fine and dandy until you actually purchase the car right? Well again, Beadles Watford do it right! Once I had purchased the vehicle I did not have to chase anyone.
I had an email each day from Dominic giving me an update on what was going on even if that email was to say everything is still on track.
I called a few times about documentation and admin questions and if he wasn’t available then I would get a call back within an hour. Every time!
The ladies at reception would also greet me with a smile, offer me a drink and chase anything if they saw I had been hanging around for too long (I would usually turn up super early to be a bit keen and sit in the showroom cars etc.)
We also dealt with Raj both over the phone and in person who again represented the brand really well. Calm and very informative when it came to the different insurance products.
All in all, this is the first car purchase I have made where I can say I actually felt like a customer and not a number.
We picked up our car yesterday and the handover was just as smooth as initial purchase.
This lot are true professionals. I nearly bought from another JLR delear who were pretty rude, brash and would never answer my calls or messages when all I wanted to do was buy a car.
These guys deserved my business and they did not disappoint.

Nigel turned up bright and early this morning to do a software update on my daughter’s 2017 Evoque. His service vehicle was the brand new 2020 Evoque and we had a guided tour of all the new features and a round the block demo drive. I needed some Land Rover parts for a family member abroad and, firstly, Ross Turner helped out hugely by tracing the correct parts for the vehicle model, and then his colleague, Sherrie, took over when I came to collect them. The place to go if you want luxury and professionalism. Before Beadles Watford, I was forced to go to Chipperfield, where, frankly the selection was poor, the showroom cramped and the staff clueless (had to take my Evoque back several times to fix the same issue that their mistake created; but in the end Beadles fixed it first time). Great showroom at Beadles - spacious; plenty of space to walk around the cars; and plenty of space to sit and contemplate which of these beautiful vehicles you'd like to take home. I opted for an Approved Used Range Rover Sport - in grey - Autobiography - lovely car... and what a star Peter Collins was; he looked after all my needs including refurbished alloys, offered to me in black (no additional cost because they needed to be refurbished anyway) - they look great and compliment the contrast black roof. So; if you want great service from a professional team to accompany your great British brand Land Rover or Jaguar, I would recommend Beadles.

This Land Rover dealership, Beadles Watford, is everything that is excellent in the service industry generally but particularly in the motor business.
Lockdown has presented us all with difficulties including Beadles. Despite this they went out of their way to get me back on the road following recovery by the RAC. They provided me with “front to back” attention. It started and ended with Nathalee Burton who provided me with exceptional guidance at the telephone initially and then face to face, a first class job by the engineers which included a video report of my car and an all round feel good factor by all of the staff.

I had to get help from Landrover Assistance as the camera was not connecting to the infotainment system and the system was not shutting down. This could have drained out my battery if Landrover Assistance weren’t at help. The fault was intermittent. Then I had to take the vehicle again to Beadles to look at it the next day.

You have to be careful while getting your lorry out of there as the way out is quite narrow when they have cars parked on the side.

Needed rear door latch for my Freelander,phoned a couple of dealerships either didn’t pick up or said would call me back,still waiting then realised new land rover showroom at the arches Watford rang and got through immediately to a very efficient and knowledgeable lady Sheree Oliver;well in 5 minutes I was sorted and it was ready for collection the following morning,all I can say is if all the parts department are as efficient and knowledgeable as Sheree it’s a great team and you now have a new customer.
