I had been going to Halfords auto centres for quite some time with the same problems and the kept giving me excuse after excuse why they could fix the problems with my car and told me to just scrap the car not knowing my personal circumstances. I came to J.K Tyres literally just to do my brake pads but asked them to look at my car to see if they could look at my car to see if they could fix a problem that Halfords couldn’t do. They looked told me they could do and they did. I was so happy because I was going end up scrapping the car and dealing with loan I had against another time. There was other stuff that Halfords said they had done which I asked J.K to look at because I began to trust them. It turns out that Halfords Autocentres Watford had done nothing but made my car worse!!! They even rounded some bolts in my subframe that then made other problems worse but J.K Tyres repaired all the work that Halfords made a mess of. They even sorted out problems that needed to be fixed in order of priority. Literally amazing place my car actually feels like brand new and I trust what they tell me! Awesome service but they can get busy so I’d advise leave your car with them for the a good amount of time and get on with your day. It’s so satisfying actually finding an honest mechanic it really is!
