Great service! Dead battery but after a jump start, drove straight to Kwik fit. My battery in an awkward place. I stupidly turned the engine off my was told not to worry about a thing. 20 mins later I had a new battery and was pootling my way home. So quick, speedy, friendly and all with smiles 🤗

Efficient in that as I arrived they were right with me to check the tracking I had pre booked, was told quickly that it needed adjusting and that it was £74.95. Said yes fine, but within less than five minutes it was done! £74.95 for five minutes work?! Surely good customer service would have been we wont charge you the full amount, especially as I wanted four new tyres in the next couple of weeks for which I was quoted £600+ That business will now go elsewhere.

After driving around in 35 degree heat because my air con was blowing out HOT air, I was recommended to go to Kwik Fit to top up my gas (who knew air con had to be re-gassed!) Popped in there on Friday and was greeted by Luke, who kindly said he could fit me in 45 minutes later. The service I received from Luke and Craig was Fantastic and I would definitely recommend my friends to top there gas up at Kwik Fit St Albans Road. I jumped in my car early Sunday morning to find a rear tyre slowly deflating thanks to a large screw right on the edge of the tyre. Called KF Watford who asked me to pop round. They confirmed the tyre was not safe to fix and replaced it with like for like. Not the cheapest experience but the team there were friendly, polite and completely professional, and had my going in about 20 minutes. They were also practicing proper social distancing, had the necessary PPE and took the need for it very seriously, as do I. Thanks again guys.

I was very impressed with the service at Kwik-Fit (Watford, St Albans Road). They were very honest and realistic about what they could do in the short time I gave them and they gave their suggestions as to what might have been wrong with the car. They inspected the car and found a few faults, then they took the time to show me what was wrong and how they would correct it. The quote seemed very reasonable, and they did the work quickly within the time they said it needed. I was delighted that they fixed the steering problem but they also corrected a small fault with the exhaust system they had noticed, free of charge ! I felt that they were very open and honest about their work and that does count for a lot. Some garages seem to hide what they are doing and at the end suddenly a large bill arrives that was much more than the quotes price range. Talking the time to show me the problem and the correction gives me great confidence in their work. The staff were very friendly, the service excellent, and it was good to have free coffee while waiting. I also know that IF I was not happy with the repair then I can take the car back and get it checked. Don't bother going to some "cheap" back street mechanic, get the job done properly ! Get new fittings/brackets (not reused ones) get a real quote, and get shown the before and after. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I will definitely use them again.

I took my A Class in today for 2 front tyres which I booked online. I was greeted by Luke and Frazer who kindly sorted the job out for me. They were very professional and also friendly! They worked well together and also followed the QC procedure. That’s the first time I’ve used this branch, it won’t be the last!!

Having recent Kwik Fit experience at other centres I was very reluctant to start with but the team here at Watford are different and I am glad to say they are genuinely professional. We had two new front tyres fitted on our diesel Seat Alhambra. The service was friendly and helpful, but when I got home we noticed the new tyres looked under-inflated. Checked and found they were inflated to 35 and 36 psi. The minimum recommended pressure for this car is 42 psi on the front. It is fortunate we noticed this before any long journey or motorway driving!

Surprised myself.... didn't think they could do 4 wheel alignment on my AMG.... they can! LUKE dealt with the matter most profesionally btw!
