After discovering my MOT expired I contacted Merit and they was able to fit me in 1st thing this morning. Professional staff, swift service start to finish. All-though I required a few items to pass they turned it around within a couple of hours. Great communication and well priced. Well done and thankyou!!!
H. W.Got my MOT done on my first car here last week, and it failed. Annoyingly the garage couldn't actually fix the problem as there was no slots for servicing, yet when visiting twice there didn't seem to be many customers there and I was not offered any future slots within my 10 days re-test timing. Personally I would never have booked the MOT in the first place if they had no room to fix the problems and should have been told this prior to the MOT. I won't be using this garage again, which is a shame as it is very local to me.
N. G.I needed some new tires for my Porsche and even though they were a special order, they had them fitted within 48 hours. Great service from the team and the quality of the job was spot on. They were even able to set the car up to my specifications. Very pleased.

Was not disappointed, went in with a nail in my tyre hoping it would be plugable.
Took the car in quickly, shortly after the technician came through and showed me the ‘nail’ was just a short stud that hadn’t gone through.
They checked the tyre throughly for leaks and then checked all the pressures and didn’t charge me anything.

P. H.Rang up to see if they could fit a new tyre in a couple of hours as I had a recovery vehicle picking me up. I rang other well known tyre places but they could not guarantee anything.
Rang these guys up and they said no problem come down and we will fit you in.
Dropped off my car... Said it'll be around an hour and a half but was done a lot quicker.

M. W.Went to 7 different tyre centres in Basingstoke, Guildford and Woking as when I phoned them all beforehand with the details of the tyre I needed, they all claimed to have it in stock. The vehicle it came off was only 3 weeks old and a new version of a Pirelli P7 was required.
As it happened, none of the centres had this tyre which was rather frustrating as the car was jacked up on the hard shoulder of the M3 near Winchester.
Dave at the Merityre Centre in Woking quickly realised they also did not have the correct tyre but set about helping me the best he could.
He went looking for a tyre that matched the spec which had been removed from another vehicle but was still useable and legal. Dave then swapped my badly damaged tyre for the temporary one to get me out of trouble.
He then placed an order for the correct tyre to arrive the next day.
As promised, Dave phoned me to let me know the tyre had arrived by courier and the vehicle was taken back for them to fit.
A massive thank you to Dave for doing everything he could to assist me and thinking outside the box to get the vehicle off the M3.
He went way and above to go the extra mile and help get the situation sorted whereas none of the other tyre centres did.
Fantastic service and very grateful indeed. Will recommend Merityre Woking to all my friends in future.

When fitting the tyres Stacey even took the time to align the balance dots on the side walls with the valve stems to minimise the number of weights required. Absolutely first class service!
J. P.Has stock of most tyres. They also repair tyres at £19.50. Quick and easy, tyre replacement prices are very competitive too. Used them a few times over the years, never had an issue. Always give a call prior to arrival to minimise waiting time, but generally 30 - 60 minutes wait, ain't bad in my books.

F. C.Overall happy. Just a bit annoyed at getting there extra early to be the first customer yet my car wasn't the first to be finished. Just out of politeness and courtesy if there are no appointments cars should be completed in order of a first come, first serve basis.

D. B.Went down to my car first thing this morning to discover a bolt embedded in a reasonably new offside rear tyre. Took it to Merit as soon as it opened and, within an hour, not only had they rectified the problem, they were able to repair, rather than replace the tyre, which was even better. Couldn't fault their service, speed or courtesy.
C. H.Half a wheel nut sheared off 'by hand' leaving half stuck on and leak not fixed, told it was the fault of the people who put the wheel on last as it was on too tight... How you shear a wheel nut by hand I don't know. Unimpressed
Quick addition, the guys at merit came through and helped me sort it out in the end
R. J.Very pleased with the service here. Car had front wheels significantly out of alignment due to hitting curb - service was as prompt as could be expected and they noticed excess wear on the inside of the tyre caused by this problem. They were very good in fixing this tyre wear - offering to switch front and rear tyres around such that only one new tyre was needed. Staff on the alignment machine were very helpful and honest, showing me a printout of the 'before' state, before advising of potential issues related to my particular car, and then the decision was down to me as to whether to proceed with the full 4 wheel or 2 wheel alignment. The advice was helpful, but ultimately was not pressured either way. All in all, very happy.
My only reason for 4 not 5 stars would be that it would be useful to be able to book the tyre alignment procedure, as it was a 30 minute wait, and then about 45minutes for the actual procedure. People coming in after me would appear to have had to wait even longer - however I appreciate that not booking probably means they can be more efficient, and hence charge lower prices. Prices were comparable in the area, by no means the cheapest, but competitive for the service received. Would use again.
