Dropped punctured tyre off and arrange to collect 4 days later and for them to fit repaired tyre and put spare tyre back in its hold. Two great chaps sorted it in no time, fantastic service.

Took our company truck into ATS for a routine service, Steve confirmed the booking and asked if there was any other work that may needed doing, gave him a small list, came back a few hrs later, all sorted top quality customer service, couldn't fault them. Steve was on his own Monday and stayed professional and calm. Done excellent job with 2 new tyres. Can't believe he was running ATS Worcester on his own. Thank goodness he did not have an injury etc. He is an absolute credit to the company and under extreme pressure which was written all over his face, looked after customers. Thanks Mike . The tyre on my little ' Sunday Driver ' trailer was playing up . The guys put some sealer on and wouldn't charge us , so we have agreed to make a charity donation . It would have been so easy for them to have sold me a new tube that I didn't need . Great service and honesty ... well be back

Used a Groupon to recharge the air con gas in my car. Booked me in quickly with polite telephone manner, arrived and 45 minutes later car was ready. The process was explained to me with the amount left in my system and the amount they had added. Can't fault them. Very professional team in Worcester.
