Found this company by word of mouth a couple of weeks ago after enquiring at a local MOT station if they could recommend a wheel refurbishment service. As it turned out they mentioned PitStop had opened a new business that same day, body repairs with spray shop plus a sandblasting and powder coating service. As it turned out I was their 1st customer and am delighted with the results they achieved! posted this on 07/09/21, wheels now refitted with new tyres and metal valves. Many thanks to James and his excellent team.

Have been using these guys for a very long time now. Always great customer service and prices are always spot on. Tyres last a long time and the staff are always up for a friendly chat. Thanks guys

I was very surprised that they stocked my size after being disappointed by several other tyre shops around. Not only did they have my tyres, I managed to get a matching pair of Michellin tyres with 7mm at an amazing price. Will be recommending to everyone I know!

What can I say. Superb service received. Got recommended by a friend who used them in the past. Had a flat tyre in town and managed to get it home but my breakdown cover people wouldn’t come out. Pitstop came out in the evening and sorted it out even though it was dark and we used our phone lights 🤣🤣🤣. Good service! Would highly recommend. Fair prices as well!

Unfortunately i didn't buy tyres this time. Great lads very friendly hence more starts than i was going to leave. I was told 3 different prices for the same tyres within one day , first when i rang it was 35 for 5mm ones , than 160 for set of 5mm , next day when i came with wheels in my boot ready to fit i was told 180 for the same one. Sorry guys but this just wasn't ok.

I've recently had 4 new Continental tyres for my Honda Civic Type R from Pitstop, after being quoted well in excess of £1200 from various other local tyre places I came across these guys via ebay. The price quoted was much much cheaper and so I happily traveled 2 hours to visit this tyre shop. Tyres we're as described. The two lads we're extremely helpful and friendly and noticed issues with my old tyres that they advised me on. Nothing was too much trouble for the guy who fitted my new tyres, I also visited with my partner and little lad and they even put us a heater on to ensure we kept warm whilst they carried out the work. Overall I am more than happy with my new tyres and will only visit Pitstop Tyre Centre in future. I highly recommend using these guys. 🙂

Used these guys a couple of times now and on both occasions, they were spot on. The first, Kian stayed behind an extra hour on a bank holiday for an urgent tyre change and today, they provided two matching part-worn Continentals with good tread depth at a great price. You can find tires anywhere, but receiving good quality services can be found only here. I heard about them on the media and discussed with the lady at the reception which was very kind and helpful. I get there and I was welcomed by a young professional, very nice as well. I received the service I needed, and even more, he offered to help me with a small problem and that was a big deal for me. Finally, I left with two extra friends and a great experience. I recommend them for anyone looking for Good Prices, Quality Service and the fact its located on the main street represent a big plus.

Can not recommend Pitstop enough. Went to see jame with what I thought was just a puncture. Turned out to be a cracked rim. As my tyres are run flats I have no spare and no idea how to sort it out. Luckily James with his knowledge and connections came up with a way of sorting it all out. Literally can not thank him enough.
