A brilliant independent Garage. Very friendly, honest and diligent. Justin and Worcester Tyres & Exhausts were more competitive than both the online and national suppliers for tyres, and much more competitive than Dealers. A very rapid service too with a message to confirm everything was good to go as soon as it was ready. Would recommend to anyone and will be taking future work there as and when required.

My wife had a problem with her exhaust's mounting today. She went to Worcester Tyres & Exhausts to try to rectify the problem. I had an MOT test recently. The advisory note stated to monitor the flexi pipe on the exhaust, because it had broken; as well as a slight blow. I called this garage. I was initially taken back by the joyous greeting from the guy on the phone. This made me smile and it was inspiring. I was told I could bring my car to the garage on the same day, awesome! The guy was just as jovial in person. I left my car at the garage to be looked at. I received a call an hour later or so. I was told I needed a new flexi pipe, because it couldn’t be repaired. He was able to get the part and fix it later that day. However, I needed my car and booked it in for the next day. When I collected my car on the day before the booking. I noticed it was on the service lift. I asked the guy to show me the flexi pipe. He was more than happy to do so and explained what the issue was. He showed me the breakag. He informed me about the potential for carbon monoxide fumes, from the exhaust could enter the cabin via the fan. If this occurred to ensure I opened the windows. They gave me a competitive quote for the job and work was completed in approximately 1- 2 hours. I would recommend this garage.

Thought I had missed my MOT date, called up Worcester Tyres they booked car in next date. They fixed a hose which I had purchased last month for a low price, they expained why I needed near indicators and they replaced a headlamp bulb all for a reasonably price. I wouldn't go anyway else in future and will book my car in for a service later in the year.
