Rung up to check stock for tires for my citron c3 they were very friendly on the phone so I went around for midday the man there said all 4 were legal but very close to the mark(very honest, rare these days)but I decided to have them all changed plus the tracking and the price I paid was the cheapest in the area and done in a hour . Fantastic! Had a screw in the side wall of my tyre, spoke to these guys and they were happy to send someone out to fit a new tyre that morning! Very friendly, great prices, The guy that came out to me had it done in ten minutes and was very helpful. I’ll be popping in to get the other side done in a couple of weeks!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional, friendly and helpful. Thought I might need a new tire as I noticed a tire going down slowly which ended up having 2 nails in it!! They fixed the tire and double checked that all the tire pressures were correct before I left. Also i wanted to check with the bloke what my tire pressures should be and found out I had been doing it wrong but I only went with the advice from what another garage had told me. Usually my go to place for tyres have never had any issues and always very helpful. I went to get 4 tyres and they were the best price but when I got there they were soo busy with so many cars waiting I had to go elsewhere as I needed the tyres ASAP and they were due to close for the day by the time I would have been seen. Damaged a tyre. I called ahead and they managed to fit me in straight away, less than an hour before closing. They had my size tyres in stock in a choice of brands. They even put the spare wheel and jack away for me properly in the boot after I had just thrown it in there after changing the wheel.

Discount Tyres are brilliant, helpful, extremely well priced but most of all they are professional. I tell anyone that will listen, to forget kwikfit, Ats, any other tyre Garages. As a fleet manager of 60 cars we are contacted to use these large incompetent businesses. Time and time again to Receive unprofessional sometimes damaging and downright expensive poor service. I started using discount tyres some 19 years ago when I was so fed up of getting rubbish service from other tyre garages. My mechanic recommended that I try to discount use discount tyres and I don’t live anywhere near Worthing. They are that good. Just the best. Have been a customer for a few years and would not consider going anywhere else. The premises set the tone, followed by staff and management who are unfailingly polite and helpful and prices are always competitive. Recently picked up a puncture on Sunday and needed my car for Monday morning - sent an email to advise arrival first thing Monday - positive reply received - puncture fixed before 9:00 am. Service just doesn't get any better than that this.

I had an issue with the car pulling to one side (tracking I thought) but they checked it and it was all ok. They then swapped the left wheel for the right and it completely resolved the problem. The car had been back to the main dealer twice without fixing it. Great work and only charged me a very small amount of money £12.00. Called them this morning as had one leaky tire and one that looked like it had tried to have a shave. Advised to come straight away: They fixed the puncture and sold me a replacement tyre for the knackered one. They fitted this and resealed both wheels. One less thing to worry about for our MOT. Friendly service with honest quoting. Clear Covid instructions including wearing a mask and leaving name and number. Will use again for sure.

I'd had a slow puncture for months and finally got fed up with pumping it up every couple of weeks. Expected to be told that I'd need a new tyre, or all 4 tyres because if you replace one the others automatically deflate in protest. But no, they repaired the puncture (caused by a nail) and checked the pressure of the others in double quick time and for a very reasonable price.

I was really impressed with the level of service I have received today. They called to double check that I wanted normal tyres as I had run flat tyres previously. Eventhough I had failed to answer my phone after dropping off the car until much later, they put my old tyres back on the car so that I was not late into work and picked up the vehicle that morning and returned it to me. Came to discount tyres today with a flat tyre as the mobile tyre fitter I tried first laughed me off the phone that I would get seen to same day before a bank holiday. Discount tyres saw my car literally straight away at 8.45am when I turned up and repaired the puncture in minutes. Without charging any extra they also reattached my spare which was a fiddly job for the make of vehicle. Incredibly efficient, polite and cheap (£20), could not recommend more strongly.
