A pleasant experience compared to Bristow's. They treat you like a human and don't use hired Dardan goons to riffle through your bags like you're some sort of criminal prior to departure. They are an example of how it should be done.

Much nicer since the recent refit and upgrades. The staff are all very professional and I've never had any issue with them. The food could be better, but it's good enough to get by as long as you aren't stuck there for days when there are weather delays.

Very helpful and friendly staff. (Just some experience share: ATM there was empty for cash and as not all taxis are accepting bank cards, we needed to return to Aberdeen airport to withdraw money from ATM there. So better to have some cash with you. :-))

As far as heliport lounges go, this is quite nice. Food was ok, fairly good selection of food, healthy choices available. Also the lounge up stairs had good seating while waiting for our departure.

Heliport. Dull. Uncomfy chairs as and limited options. Should have wifi password prominently displayed. Great if everything runs smoothly. Pap if the weather doesn't play. Like a dentists waiting room on steroids. All joy removed at the entrance.

Upstairs cafe is good standard of toastie, with kind service. Downstairs, the chicken curry and chips isnt bad. Coffee downstairs is overpriced tho. Needs better ventilation in the toilets.

The place is awesome for a Helicopter Airport and they really made sure the safety of the crew. Regarding the baggage, you can only bring 2 with maximum 11kgs per bag. Medicine, batteries, powerbanks, etc. Should be declared for them to be aware of dangerous cargos. Some might be prohibited, but I'm not sure which one.

(Translated) Partially empty soda and other vending machines. The only kiosk closed early. The canteen was emptied and closed at 1300. (Original) Delvis tomme brus- og andre automater. Den eneste kiosken stengte tidlig. Kantinen var tømt og stengt kl.1300.

(Translated) Good place clean and tidy nice local friendly staff accommodating and friendly. A little noise from a transformer in a lamp, small fuss, good kitchen the kitchen sink was clean and whole and the food was well cooked tasty and extremely well priced, even the most frugal rub can buy some food. Not so stupid at all, a little B with coffee, but nothing to argue about, Sweden has the best coffee (Original) Bra ställe rent och städat trevlig lokal trevlig personal tillmötesgående och vänlig. Lite oväsen från en trafo i en lampa,små tjaffs, bra kök kockaslusken va ren och hel och maten var vällagad välsmakande och extremt bra priser,även den snålaste gnidde kan handla sig lite föda. Inte alls så dumt, lite B med kaffi,men inget att bråka om,Sverige har ju de bästa kaffet
