Had seen a long haul one on the Tui website but too many "what if's" and what do we need post pandemic to book it all myself so I went to the Castle Court branch where Julie walked us through every step, gave us the benefit of her experience and made suggestions that made sense and would make our holiday better. Taking her time we managed to book everything and she answered any queries any of the family had and everyone left feeling very excited at the holiday that lies ahead!
