I loved the place. Both night and day time, it has its own beauty. Inside museum is different than other museum. It's interesting and the way the entire journey has been planned to showcase is absolutely brilliant. Few of the myth can be clarified. There is a quiz at the end, must attend that to check your knowledge.

I called at 17.12 and tried to pay cash fir a present for my wife. The nice chap behind the desk said card only before I asked but went away to check. Head Honcho standing 10ft away decreed exact amount only. I lost all my cards yesterday and wanted to pay in euros. I bet ur ahead of me here so you know they do not accept euro. Strange thing is for a tourist office they are also closed Sunday. I bet Head Honcho is first out the door when they close tonight at 5.30. State jobs are great you always get paid win lose or draw.

This is a great visitor information Centre and gift shop. Prices are reasonable and in some cases, cheaper than some markets in town. Not only can you get nice gifts and books from Belfast. But you can also buy tickets for the buses and trains, and get information on public transport, as well as information on Belfast.

The staff here are really knowledgable, helpful and full of ideas for one and two day itineraries in and around Belfast. The welcome centre also offers left luggage for £4.

As info/visitor centres go, this is the best I've been in. Lots of interactive screens for information as well as books, leaflets and humans to talk to. Very helpful. Attraction tickets can be bought here, as well as souvenirs. Wonderfully laid out, bright and airy. You don't get pestered by floor staff, just a happy hello when you go in. Pleasure to visit. If unsure of Belfast, get yourself in for inside info n tips.

Belfast what can I say, well it's just fantastic the place has loads of things to see and do I would highly recommend this city I always feel safe and the people are amazingly friendly.even if you bring a long the kids still loads to see like the Titanic museum or the Zoo which is great. Restaurants and bars are really good too, and there's loads of them so don't just go off my review come and see for yourself it's a fantastic thriving city and I just love it.

Great place to buy tickets for attractions. We used to buy our tickets for the hop on hop off bus tour. Also, they will hold your luggage for half or full day. Extremely helpful if you have a day to spend and leaving in the evening!

Lived here for 40 years, so much history to see and explore, a lot of really fun activities for families, plenty of great nightlife to suit any taste. Belfast has changed so much in the last number of years and really is becoming a lively and vibrant city. There's a little something for all tastes to see and do here.

First time in Belfast and I must say the Irish people are fab they are helpful and smiley and full of fun. However the litter on the streets really let the city down just like in most cities including little old England. Why can't folk take there mess home or use the bins provided take pride in your city it is a beautiful historic place. The bus system really works if you are near the city but if you are out near to Ravensdale Road then they are very limited and on a weekend non existent.

Went St George's market. Absolutely brilliant! Has everything you could possibly want under one roof. Plus you can have a nice cup of coffee and a bite to eat while listening to a bit of live music. Great!

Liked the wealth of information and brochures and the setup inside. Didn't like the chaos in the morning, mostly outside, of the hundreds of employees mixed with everyone trying to find their tour bus. And I almost missed my tour as someone finally tried to point me in the wrong direction for pickup. Clean that up and this place is golden. But that outside bit was a nightmare.

Amazing staff and great service always. You can top up bus cards and buy train tickets from the Translink Kiosk. Ideal for avoiding the queues at the train station if you buy the train ticket the day before :).

I had a brilliant day out with excellent company in Belfast. Used the new glider public bus service a terrific way to travel, quiet and very very comfortable vehicle. We rounded of our visit with a long-awaited visit to the historic chippie just of the busy Belfast thoroughfare of Great Victoria Streets and the convenience of bus and train station "John Long's Chippie" My information on this establishment is that it has a 100 year plus history frying fish & chips in the city of Belfast. We finished off our day in the city with a fish & chip supper in John Longs MAGIC.

freindly staff , can be a really busy we place , access for disabled people but not couriers with big trolleys full of stuff to deliver , your left to try and drag that thing up about 5 stairs , heath and safety nightmare I've pulled my back and had trolly loads fall and everyone just stands and looks at you ,

(Translated) There are 2 trips a day. The price is £ 10 for the river crossing. We arrive at an island where there are the remains of a monastery. Really cute. You can drink tea, beer, wine and taste chips inside the boat. About 2 hours of walking, it is worth it. (Original) Ci sono 2 corse al giorno. Il prezzo e' di £ 10 per l' attraversata del fiume . Si arriva ad un' isola dove ci sono i resti di un monastero. Veramente carino. Si puo' bere tea , birra , vino e degustare patatine all' interno della barca. Circa 2 ore di giro, ne vale la pena.

(Translated) We loved this city with its 2 large shopping centers and its very touristy hyper center. The town hall can be visited and it is a magnificent building. The Titanic Museum is a very beautiful one and its visit allows you to fully understand the industrial history of Belfast in the 1920s. It is a city where there are no feelings of insecurity. However, visiting the walls is preferable with a guide so as not to get lost. (Original) Nous avons adoré cette ville avec ses 2 grands centres commerciaux et son hyper centre très touristiques. La mairie se visite et c'est un magnifique bâtiment. Le musée du titanic est un très beau et sa visite permet de bien comprendre l'histoire industrielle de Belfast dans les années 20.
