The travel and hotel arrangements were very convenient and on the doorstep to both harams. Additionally, the excursions within the package were far more luxurious than anticipated. Plenty of informative and breathtaking ziyarats included. Any queries either myself or my mum had on the journey were answered promptly. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to embark on a spiritual journey. You will be provided with a genuine sense of care and treated like family.

M. A.I had booked my hajj 2020 Tour through Qibla Hajj and Umrah in January 2020, and deposit the initial required amount to reserve my place .
Before contacting them I have got information about the company and check their ATOL status online, after that I contact them and meet brother Atiq Javed, they welcomed me very well and gave me the time to answer all of my questions .
As everyone knew that world went into a pandemic of Covid-19 in late February / Early March 2020, and Saudi government and ministry of hajj decided very late to limit the Hajj 2020 to foreign nationals who are residing with in the kingdom.
The decision was very heartbreaking but throughout this whole waiting period Qibla Hajj and Umrah were keep in touch with me and updated me about the possibilities that could come so that we had got some idea about the pilgrimage to go ahead or not.
Qibla hajj and Umrah UK limited are highly professional and responding individual questions quickly and comprehensively. After the cancellation of hajj for foreign countries by Saudi government Qibla Hajj and Umrah contacted me straight away and gave me 2 options that either I can defer my money for the next hajj 2021 or if I want full refund it will be available for me.
Due to my personal reason I choose to take the refund option and requested it accordingly, without delaying Qibla Hajj and Umrah processed my refund within 2 weeks and I got refund straight into my bank account.
Personally Iam 100% satisfied that they are very reliable in all their dealings and their ATOL Protected also gave me satisfaction about the safety of my money.
I have not decided yet for next years Hajj, but whenever I will go for hajj I have no need to waste time elsewhere, just one phone call to Qibla Hajj and Umrah Uk limited will sort the rest of my pilgrimage INSHAALLAH.
