I have been using ismail at Stratford travel for the last 15 years or so and. Absolutely tremendous service. The company go over and beyond. Find the best hotels at good prices, and always cheaper on flights than going direct with airlines themselves. Thanks Ismail for the hard work and professionalism you and your family have been doing for me and my family to have some great trips abroad. Highly recommended. Very very responsive. I can give you countless examples but seriously don’t want to bore you. But let me give you one......😂 Recently we went to dubai and then umrah. and booked the tickets/hotels through Stratford travel. We had missed our onward intransit flights back to uk (dubai-birmingham)on the 31/12 as we decided we wanted to see the fireworks. We underestimated the dubai traffic on this day and missed our flight. Emirates put us on the next available flight which was 2 days later.. but we were stranded without a hotel!! Now being 2 am in dubai New Year’s Day there’s nothing available online and i had with me my elderly parents, wife(3 months pregnant) my 2 young children. I did not want to be stranded in the airport until our flight as emirates could not place us in a hotel. One call to ismail. And he found me a hotel at a really good price. Amazing. By far the best company I have used to book my holidays. Ismail has arranged my last 2 holidays and honeymoon and he is just brilliant. The deals he got me were so much better than anything I found online. Excellent with communication and arranging little things like a basonet seat for my son on the plane. I cannot reccomend highly enough.
