The minibus was immaculate and the driver kept in touch with us to ensure we landed safely and made sure he was outside the correct airport entrance. Thank you so much for your help, patience and understanding. We contacted Travel SOS at around 1am for 10am flight and requested the driver to arrive at 6.30am in which I was so worried due to past experience. The bus arrived 15minutes earlier, helped us to load 18 boxes onto the bus, kindly waited at the airport drop-off while we transport the boxes into departure with the 5 kids in the bus. Our organisation recently booked this company for a day trip to Reading to attend a work related event... Prior to the actual day of travel, all of the prep work like getting a quote, and arranging payment / our 'pick-up' points were handled with flexibility and professionalism. Thanks to Ayesha from their bookings Team, for her support with all of these things. On the day of our trip, Islam (Lammy) our driver arrived promptly and in a clean and comfortable vehicle. He was polite and friendly and we all felt in very good / safe hands. He regularly checked in with us during both of our journeys to check everyone was okay and whether or not people needed a comfort break. On the way back to our pick up point in Birmingham City Centre, he even stopped off a couple of times to drop off some of our group / passengers who happened to live on the route back, which saved them a pointless journey back into the City and out again. I would 100% use this company again and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

We booked a minibus for 14 passengers including 2 babies to take us to Manchester airport Ayesha at travel sos was fantastic. She answered my emails promptly as we had to chop and change a couple of times to accommodate our party. We also needed 2 car seats which were provided for us to save the hassle of bringing our own. Both drivers were pleasant and efficient. The minibus was there at the exact time to pick us up from home and communication was fantastic for the return journey from the airport. I can’t thank travel SOS enough, from the first email I sent asking if they could run a shuttle minibus for 4 hours on our wedding day to the actual day itself and even a follow up message afterwards to check everything had been ok! Amazing friendly Driver Iqbal, no issues on way down to butlins my young son made friends with the driver sat in the front with him chatting away. unfortunately mini bus broke down as we set off back home from minehead. Absolutely Brilliant!! I booked SOS Travel on two occasions for my nieces wedding and they really do know how to look after the customer. Unfortunately on the second journey we had a unexpected breakdown, which can happen. We had unfortunately been let down by another coach company and we needed to get a last minute coach from two locations (BHM and MCR) with only 2 days notice. The travel SOS team were AMAZING in how they dealt with this. They didn't charge us extortionate prices, nor did they give up trying to meet our request. Instead they went above and beyond to ensure that we had coaches! Travel SOS didn't falsely advertise and they are definitely to be trusted. I will be using them for our retreat next year as I was so satisfied with their service. On both occasions they came on-time (which to us, was early) and the coach drivers were polite and patient. Traveling in UK from US needed a taxi to take me an hour away to an airport. Searched for prices and discovered this company. Was nervous about booking because it was must more affordable than any other service and all cars were really nice executive Mercedes black cars. It sounded too good to be true.
