Wow so many bad reviews, I don't think it gives it much justice. My family have been using this company as long as I remember and I recommend my friends to book with them when they are travelling to Asia. I like it as they can sometimes provide you with 46kg luggage. I never had a problem with them before ...I mean on the phone they are not the politest people but I guess that's the way they work.
