S. C.Husband and I went for Ummrah and bearing in mind it was both our first time we went through Zam Zam Travels and i cannot emphasis on how everything was explained to us. Instantly we was comfortable the expense paid off the experience.
S. R.Me and my wife went on hajj this year (2018) with Zam Zam Travels and I have to say that they delivered on everything that they promised. Being our 1st time as we both had not done umrah before we needed someone who was able to guide us every step of the way. Sharif who dealt with us initially told us what to expect from the beginning he was very honest and straight up whoch we really appreciated. Even though we booked a 5 * package the days of Hajj will be standard as this is for everyone. Having said that what Sharif promised us with our stays in both Mekkah and Madinah they definetely delivered.
The hotels we stayed in where excellent and very clean and the Ziyarats in Mekkah and Medina with the guidance of Abul Hassan was an amazing experience. As Abul Hassan was our group leader he definitely made our experience that extra bit special and was always around for any help and advice. He went that extra mile. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Big thank you to Sharif for delivering on what he promised. May Allah swt reward you all for your efforts. Ameen

The local guides in Makkah and Madinah were very helpful. Our group leader was always cheking on us and helping us. Will definitely be returning soon

M. I.After the great service and experience we had with Zamzam Travels during our Umrah last year we didn't look elsewhere to book our Hajj this year. Although it was a more of a challenge performing Hajj it never felt difficult with the guidance and expertise of Zamzam. We would like to thank our group leader brother Amir for looking after us all and making sure we did our tasks safely. We would also like to thank brothers Abul Hassan, Sharif and Fahim who kept us well informed and the other members of the team who were always on hand for assistance. The talks given by brother Abul Hassan were very inspirational and kept us all focused on our ibadah. All in all an unforgettable experience and would highly recommend Zamzam Travels.
A. H.Travelled 3 times with ZamZam already. The best Bengali travel agents I have dealt with so far. Everybody I have dealt with are always friendly & very helpful. Most importantly, what they say (&describe) is what you get in Saudi. We also had contacts (they were like personal assistants) in both Makkah & Madinah, one of which who met us at the airport. They helped us with everything (check in, finding food, shopping, transport etc) making the umrah experience much more smoother.
Staff here in UK went above and beyond when I had passport issues and then visa issue with my Grandmother. They had someone at the embassy in London waiting for her passport and then they travelled to the airport where they met us with the passport. I am certain if it had been any other travel agents my gran would not have been able to travel to umrah which she was looking so forward to.
I have been recommending these brothers to everybody since. My uncle & aunt and another uncle and his son have booked Hajj via ZamZam for 2020 already.

T.As you can probably tell from the other reviews that this company is really good. My first time going umrah as I could only go as tailor made package due to what I wanted therefore was a bit nervous but everything was explained in so much detail from the moment I stepped into the shop. Was given baby step instructions on what to so from the moment we leave our houses to landing back into the UK. Was even given baby instructions on how to perform umrah and must say it was very easy to follow and Alhamdullilah due to this we had no problems performing Umrah. Everything was very organized from tour guides waiting in the hotel to check you in and out to transport who were always on time and came and found us rather then us trying to contact them. We felt very safe and cannot wait to return again. Also our tour guide in madinah I think his name was Shamsu went above and beyond for us. Me and my wife had to split up in madinah due to segregation and he called is at late night to make sure I had found her and she was back at the hotel with me. He did not have to do this but did out of the kindness of his heart and its little things like that which makes me 110% going to book through ZamZamTravels again inshallah.

R. U.Asalam alikum, alhamdulilah we had the opportunity of doing hajj with Zamzam travels this year and subanallah it was the best experience of our lives.
We were on the late 2 week shifting package. At first we were a little apprehensive about staying in Azizyah but alhamdulilah it was a great experience staying there, and actually it helped us get to know the group better and meeting new people . It also allowed us to talk to the group leaders when we wanted more easily.
Sheikh Abul Hassan was just wonderful alhamdulilah. We feel very lucky to have met him and to have been in his company. We found all his talks, advice and answers very helpful. I personally feel it was nice having a sheikh that didn't just quote but was speaking in simple plain English from the heart that everyone can understand and relate to. jazakallah khair brother Abul hassan for all that you taught and helped us with (even lending hubby your sandals).
Brother sharif was also amazing alhamdulilah. did his best to always inform us of what is happening next, he along with his team manages the logistics so well alhamdulilah. we were talking amongst ourselves saying how does he manage all this but alhamdulilah. His jokes, stories, honesty and loud voice was much appreciated it definitely lifted the spirit and made us laugh.
we also had a member of staff in our mina tent named Yasmin (shahnaz).she was just a beautiful human being. she just couldn't do enough for us. she was always professional, polite and helpful. we loved her.
We had a very good experience with Zamzam travels. All the brothers (Fahim, Amir, Akik, Shuhag, and the others) were very polite , professional and approachable and it truly felt like a big family. Jazakallah Zamzam family for making our hajj experience so wonderful and alhamdulilah easy flowing.

U. C.Where do I start?! Amazing service from an amazing tour operator. I have travelled the world and I have to say these guys are very professional, and made our trip to Makkah one to remember. S. V.Alhamdulillah, after looking and searching for a perfect Hajj package for my family and myself I came across zam zam travels ltd. Having to compare with many other groups as I come from a family with relatives also providing hajj packages. I called around and looked at and gathered all pros and cons. I finally spoke to brother Faisal and Faheem. Faheem answered all questions and queries to point to put me at ease. We then came across brother shariful haque who explained the whole procedure in detail, and sent us a detailed itenary of the package we had chosen to take. We went with the early package and had the owner uncle Mohubur chowdhury as our group leader with brother Saif. We went as a family of 8 Alhamdulillah and every single step of our journey was perfectly organised with logistics and details given every day as plans were made. We were looked after in every destination from Madinah, Makkah and aziziya to the 5 days of hajj and everyone of their staff was at hand to help and extremely professional, mashallah. Everything promised was delivered and more, having a maid or 2 in the ladies section to provide us with our needs. Special thanks to everyone especially sheikh Abdul Hassan who always added in his talk I love you for the sake of Allah. And he did! He kept my 5 kids motivated and challenged them in tawaf, zikr, and Ibadah, he even motivated and stayed at the back with my husband while we walked miles on eid day! Can’t forget the important person of this group brother shariful haque. This guy is a true gem, always a smile on his face and a joke on his tongue to make you smile. He made sure with other staff that my kids first hajj in 2019 was a magical experience, he even managed to arrange treats for my kids when they asked him for an eid party. May Allah accept our hajj and Ibadah and enable Zam Zam travels ltd to continue to serve and deliver for many more years.

I would definitely travel with zamzam again. Zamzam travel kindly provided us good Islamic scholars from hanafi and Shafi Madhab. That is really useful.

T. M.Just returning from Hajj h1440 with Zamzam travels - must admit I had a lot of expectations and they were met and surpassed by the team - I even got an upgraded to a suite rather than my booked double room and then a private taxi to Jeddah airport I wasn’t expecting.
