K. S.Great place to visit to get ideas. Staff were great and very helpful. Close to beach and other attractions too which is a bonus.
S. W.Great Customer Care! I arrived yesterday on an early flight from Liverpool to visit my son. He was unable to collect me from the airport due to work commitments, so I grabbed a taxi to the Pier area. I was too early to check into my hotel so headed for the Tourist Information Office. Too early for them too 😩 it was pouring with rain 🌂 and my phone had died 😳 One of the staff, Melissa took pity on me and pointed me in the direction of the nearest cafe and even provided me with a street map so I could get my bearings. I dried out and fortified with strong tea went back when they opened at 10.00 and she was very cheerful and helpful.
First impressions count. Bournemouth - you have a gem !
