we are recently signed up with Protected Trust Services (PTS) and it took a while to get onboard due to covid..But finally we are onboard and quite happy to signed up with PTS. They have got Huge number of suppliers with amazing commission and quite easy way to setup an account with suppliers. As a UK tour operator, we use Protected Trust Services to comply with the 1992 Package Travel Regulations. They respond (usually within minutes) to any queries and have been extremely efficient and helpful from Day One. The trust account system gives our clients reassurance when making payments, and works well - a particular bonus is that PTS can pay our ground handlers in advance, which helps enormously with cash flow. Protected Travel Services is an excellent option for small tour operators like ourselves, and any newcomers starting out in the travel industry.
