T. H.Very clean. Well organised with regards to busses having separate bays for different destinations. Electronic info displays are great, when working! Unfortunately what lets it down is closing the doors to the waiting room so early. People were waiting in torrential rain at 6pm on a busy shopping day due to being a few days before Christmas.
J. N.Bridgend bus station can sometimes be scary because of alcohol and weed. Are you paying the drivers enough? to work in this environment driving on the busses. They need to be well paid and safe.
R. M.You never know if your bus will have a driver. It may or may not arrive.... it may have been taken off and rerouted somewhere else, broken down, etc, etc, many times per day. This goes on, week after week, month after month.
O. O.Normal bus station...no side attractions...display board working well, buses are always ontime and polite.
However, the station halls closes around 6pm so you'd stand and wait for your bus outside come rain/shine
S. J.Doors not open until 9am during the week and 10am on Sunday. So no access to public toilets. Passengers have to stand outside at the bus bays in all weather's. Not a very customer friendly service.
