Excellent service Have used Creigau a lot over the last few weeks often needing transport at quite short notice. Always happy to assist and send over movement details very quickly and clear contact details for the driver. The buses have always been clean and well ventilated and drivers always friendly. Great service!

I wanted to thank you for the excellent service you provided to us on our trip to Legoland Windsor yesterday. The driver Sean was absolutely lovely, the families we work with have learning difficulties and have complex family issues, but nothing was too much trouble for him, he helped everyone have a good day out. Sean treated everyone with respect and made them feel comfortable. We carry out feedback forms and several families have mentioned Sean on their feedback forms, saying how looked after they felt, he made sure they were all comfortable and they enjoyed watching Nanny Mcfee on the way home. Creigiau Travel have provided transport for a number of charity events that I have been involved with. The team in the office have been superb when organising often quite complex requirements. On the road the staff have always been happy to mix in and help us deliver a first class event. They have been very flexible. All our riders have been very appreciative and enjoyed the very high standard of vehicles provided. A comfortable seat after sometimes are a hard in the saddle has been well earned. Ride to the Somme featured on BBC Countryfile last November and we look forward to our 2017 Ride. Creigiau Travel are very much part of our team delivering this very emotional event.

Amazing 1st class service by the drivers and admin at Creigiau Travel, we were left stranded in Bristol airport by Ryan Air, the driver very kindly came back for us and returned our group to Bristol City Centre. We had re booked our flights the next day departing London, very quickly Creigiau Travel picked us up the next day with no fuss, brilliant coaches and drivers and a top class service from all the team to help us out, highly recommend these guys and we will definitely be using them again. 17/10/2018 5 star plus service.

Used Creigiau Travel for a stag trip down to Bournemouth. They were excellent in every area; timing, pricing and the drivers tolerance for our shenanigans. That's not to say we were obnoxius, rude or messy but we as rowdy as you would expect a group of 16 gents on a stag party to be. All the while the driver just smiled and carried on getting us safely to our destination. Serious would recommend to everyone. We won't use any other company from now on for any future trips. We used Creigau Travel to help bus guests to and from my sisters wedding in Monmouth. They were prompt, courteous and great value for money. What really set them apart from was there "nothing is too much trouble" attitude: one example was pushing back the collection time at the last minute to let us enjoy an extra hour of dancing. We used Creigiau Travel for transport a number of times for a recent stag party we organized in Cardiff. The service was always prompt and efficient, and the drivers polite. We became particularly fond of one little chap named "Sam" over the course of the weekend - he had a rakish smile and always seemed to know the best places fot a stag group to go! I couldn't fault CT at all, would definitely use them again and recommend them for all South Wales travel needs.

I would highly recommend Creigiau Travel. I recently used them for a hen weekend to Brighton and they were fantastic! Their busses are clean and modern and our luxury coach had great facilities including a DVD player. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and were happy to participate in our hen games on the bus :) Their prices are also very reasonable in comparison to other bus companies.

We have found them to be punctual and reliable and our driver this year, Paul, was very helpful and flexible, enabling us to return to the coach after the walk to change shoes and drop off rucksacks before spending the remainder of the afternoon at our destination.
